All this i can’t wait for, they are predictable and despicable and Im here for it.

I imagine that, in the conversations when she is discussing their lives together and she is trying to seal the deal, she is making all sorts of promises of how wonderful she would be. For the billionth time, in Ontario, once your lease ends, you go month-to-month and can live there for years without signing anything new. They have to give two months notice to the rental company when they intend to move. Then they only have one more rent to pay because the last month’s rent was paid before they moved in.

This has been discussed a shit ton of times. The lease went into effect on or about 14 April 2020. Where they live after the first year was up they went on month to month which is the norm for the province. There is no yearly renewal like in the US. If she and/or peetz move out they just give 60 day notice and the last month is already paid through deposit,
