"You didn't take the gun out of your back here and run with it? So it didn't fall off your waist, it was in your hand. So you would say that's not a lie?"

"It says right here that you told multiple officers you dropped your firearm."

Cheers to that!

Kyle should have used .223 / 5.56 in hollow point.

This is just flabbergasting. This guy is narratively all over the place. He was there to be a legal observer and provide medical attention, that's why he brought his gun, and thought Kyle was maybe a cop, but then also an active shooter, so he ran towards the active shooter instead of towards where they guy who was already shot was, because he's a medic, ya know? So, anyway because he's this medic with a lifeong philosophy of nonviolence, chased this guy down, pulled his gun, put it in the cops face and then watched him reload his gun and blast his arm off because he will never kill.

This guy's story doesn't even fucking make sense.
It doesn't matter if the facts don't line up correctly, it's about emotions.

Kyle's gun jammed and him pulling the handle back was him fixing the malfunction. The alternative, I guess is what the prosecution is getting at, was to leave his weapon inoperable while an angry mob was chasing and beating him.

Never forget that the prosecution is funded by tax dollars and this was Binger's chance to make a name for himself. The judicial system needs to clean it's house before the masses decides to clean it for them.
I am a big fan of the state being liable for paying for the legal defense of those they prosecute if the defendant is not guilty.

Of course, this will need to be taken out of their pension fund to prevent the taxpayers from paying the penalties.

I know it will be abused to hell, but we should explore that matter and remedies.
Blue states
This is why you live in a red state and a red county. I would use Trump votes as a barometer and live in a county that is at least 60%+ Trump votes.
