Agent 47 is not only saving Kyle, he's saving Wisconsin ten million dollars, and he did it in just a few minutes. Badass.

A dismissed case is different from a mistrial. Double jeopardy/ ne bis in idem applies. If it's dismissed, it's over for good. That wouldn't be a good idea. They can bring the charges back up then and they'll absolutely have a good goy judge the next time.
Holy shit lol
NEVER IN MY LIFE have I seen so many Kiwis go "It won't happen but wouldn't if be funny if......" and then this bald motherfucker is like "I'll do you one better!"
Keep posting nonsense guys this guy is clearly reading the thread
bro, "the man" wont fight its self, someone has to go and be a faggot in public and he's dutifully filling that role. All gage had to do was shut the fuck up for the year after this happened. I’m sure his lawyer told him “be quiet and stay out of trouble for the next year and you’ll have $10M” and he couldn’t fucking do it. You can even tell on the stand he acts like he knows everything about everything (trying to explain hospital levels and guns and shit). He didn’t just get arrested for DUI he was also live tweeting the trial and going to fucking rallies acting like the man. What an idiot
The dude's pride and ego costed him ten million. Jesus Christ, this is amazingAll gage had to do was shut the fuck up for the year after this happened. Defense is just trying to ask the defendant if he did or did not say that. It's only being used as justification for asking the question, not being submitted as evidence (at the moment). Defense has reinforced their argument for being able to ask it by having subpoenaed the roommate.I'm still confused about how the friend's hearsay is getting in.
For some reason, I was thinking a higher court could overturn a dismissed case since it is technically not a not guilty verdict, but I must have been mistaken.A dismissed case is different from a mistrial. Double jeopardy/ ne bis in idem applies. If it's dismissed, it's over for good.
I don't know, but it won't look good.Could roommate fleeing result in a mistrial?
Even with the laughing Defense...the roommate subpoena is something out of law and order.
Why? they will send the police after him.Could roommate fleeing result in a mistrial?
No, they'll just send the cops after him to bring them back.Could roommate fleeing result in a mistrial?
