Woke up hungover as fuck super late, turned on the stream only to see Grossschnozz completely fuck himself. I instantly no longer felt like I had a hangover. Holy fuck this is GOLD!

Defense is just trying to ask the defendant if he did or did not say that. It's only being used as justification for asking the question, not being submitted as evidence (at the moment). Defense has reinforced their argument for being able to ask it by having subpoenaed the roommate.

For some reason, I was thinking a higher court could overturn a dismissed case since it is technically not a not guilty verdict, but I must have been mistaken.
