I hate to give Binger credit, but it's probably the best angle he could come from. The implication being that Kyle's actions are somehow what elevated the situation into a deadly one and had he not been there everything would have been kosher. The star witness for the prosecution literally admitted that Kyle acted in self-defense.

George Floyd’s nephew, Cortez Rice states he knows people taking photos of the jurors during the Rittenhouse trial with the goal to dox them if they do not convict. Regardless if the claim is true or not, Rice/BLM is attempting to tamper with the jury.

I don't know what he thinks hes doing by putting all this evidence in about how it was absolutely chaos that night and people were shooting everywhere, but all it's doing is making the jury even more sure that Kyle was probably terrified and that it was totally reasionsble to shoot those guys.

I've been trying to put myself into the position of a normalfag juror with what Binger and Fat Man are presenting and I still have no idea who exactly they are trying to reach, its all over the place and more seems like they are trying to pad everything out to confuse the judge enough so he denies a directed verdict.

If I was the prosecutor, I would make it my mission to have the jury disgusted at the defense, not play any videos of the actual shots but instead only stills and videos of the aftermath showing the suffering. Try to bring up replaying the videos of Pedobaum or the one armed bandit suffering when the jury starts to get bored.
Too much video of the shooting and focusing on the dumpster is desensitizing any potential disgust the jurors might feel.
