So it's looking like the prosecution is trotting out all the most on-message witnesses after the fact: "Would you say he was chasing Kyle Rittenhouse?"

*long pause trying to find a way to phrase it that doesn't sound exculpatory, looking up*

"He was gently running behind him in the same direction."

"they were running in the same direction"

Do not move to Kenosha. This is their police on trial tbh.
Anyone who says 'running in the same direction' instead of admitting they were 'chasing' Kyle is clearly being facetious and should face the wall.
Daily reminder that just because BLM is a bunch of race gifting nigger faggots, doesn't mean cops aren't pigs.

One thing that this trial has made perfectly clear--to those who do not already know it--is that prosecutors in the united states have NO INTEREST in "justice" and prosecutions are about anything and everything other than separating the "innocent" from the "guilty."

It is 100% about C- law students trying to set up careers a politicians, doing anything--fucking anyone and anything, to notch a "W" on their belts--and caving like the bottom-feeders they are whenever they are faced with anything even REMOTELY resembling properly trained opposition (hint--the public defenders office is NOT on the accused's side--they are working for the prosecution.)

Just one--very experienced--man's opinion, of course.

pross could be relying on the chauving outcome. poor prosecution saved by political jury..
The pros in that case had video of a dude kneeling on a guy’s neck until he died making no attempt to move when people said he probably should.

The jury could have been the most unpolitical jury on the planet and he would have still gone down.

It’s why tainting the case was such a huge waste of time.

Just jumped back in. This guy is being very vague with everything he's saying. He's not getting cruxifucked, but he's not really doing much to make himself very reliable. If everything is a "I think, I don't really recall etc", not helping either.

A Prosecutor has one job and that is to win, they are elected because they are good at what they do which is winning cases. A lawyer mostly has the interest in justice

There's also the issue that the job for the prosecution is usually to handle slam dunk cases or cases where the evidence at least strongly suggests that the defendant is guilty. There are very few prosecutors who would be able to handle a court case ordered by the DA to prosecute based on political motives. Rittenhouse would never be charged by a reasonable DA, and what we're seeing is what happens when the prosecutors have to try and construct a narrative rather than deconstruct the alibi of a defendant

>kneeling on a guy's neck
Why are people still saying this? The other cops' body cam showed it was on the nigger's shoulder and not the neck.
