I don't get this, cuz as a citizen of the united States, I Am allowed to cross state lines, for any reason I want,, but I get they try to make that a crime if you are going to cross for purposes of committing a crime

Still makes it gay tho
Gun never crossed state lines, that's an established fact. It was waiting for him in Wisconsin.

Can anybody explain to me how the bullet damaged pedobaum's body is relevant to whether the shot was fired in self defence or not?
They have to establish he died from the gunshot and not from some intervening cause, but I agree it comes off pretty silly, especially the way they are doing it.

I honestly probably would have lead with the dead body autopsy pictures to try and build sympathy before the jury sees and hears about how these guys are retards who caused their own deaths for a week.

yes i know but the media and the majority of the public seem to have it out for this kid. i wouldn't be surprised if they give him time just to prevent another "peaceful demonstration"
Rittenhouse was tossed to the wolves by the very same "centrist" subhumans who like to bark "muh freedumbs" but don't want to take any actual stand for it out of fear of being portrayed as wacisssss.

It makes more sense when you consider that each state is basically a small country, and functions as such. We are a union of states.

Incorrect. Once self defense is claimed, it's technically the prosecution's job to prove it isn't. Presumption of innocence and whatnot.
Technically anyway. The jury is the jury.
In claimed self-defense trials, largely the prosecution does that element on the Defence's turn. The prosecution has no presumption of innocence, that's for the jury. The prosecution spends its turn proving the murder, then spends its cross-examination on the defence's turn poking holes in a self-defence claim. There is of course some crossover for the two, but largely that's where the focuses lay in the case.

Kyle looked so distraught when the photo of Huber came up.
That'll play well with a jury.
