OFFICIAL R ETARD STATEMENT FOR RETARDS

Kyle should have stayed at home and avoided unnecessary bullshit like the riot however I dont care about the people that he killed. This situation looks like self defense based on the multiple videos that were shown especially the fucking fbi UAV footage.

People should be more concerned with the possibility that domestic/foreign terrorists could seize the next riot as an opportunity to inflict mass casualties on the fucking re tards rioting.

Take for example the north hollywood shootout except its happening during a riot where two 300 pound body builders completely covered in body armor are spraying thousands of rounds into a fleeing crowd.

Yeah and that shit kinda fucked up too. War is fucked and teens shouldn't be sent off to fight in it. Living in the south I've seen way too many Civil War cemeteries with graves of people who were just teens when they fought (and often died horribly) :(

I don't give a fuck about whatever weapons law sperging or whatever, I just think it's a bit fucked his parents thought it was ok to sent their kid to a violent riot where chomos were burning down buildings and tossing moltovs around.
I too would like to live in a world where everyone loves their neighbors and war never happens but that's called a utopia and we don't live in one and never will.

Barns claim's they're going to call Kyle. That is fucking retarded. I hope this is just barns sour grapes.

I practice, I do some trials, not a ton of them but more than Nick the nose. My practice is about 50/50 criminal/civil. I say that so I can say this. If Kyle were my client I would literally do anything to keep him from testifying after how well that prosecution went for them. I might even go so far as trying to slip him something to make him too sick, I'd have to think about that hard. It would be more responsible to call no witnesses than Kyle after how well that went.

As it sits now I'd call my expert and a few people to show that Kyle has strong community ties to Kenosha. Probably also grosearms roomie and as much bad shit about the dead people as I can get in while still looking better than Binger.

There are times to put your guy on, but this is not one.

The reason everyone says they're gonna call Kyle is that Hard R said they were going to in opening statements. He might have misspoke, but he definitely said it.

You can do that as an adult. High schoolers need to stay the fuck at home and he's lucky he wasn't killed.

As much as a 17 year old might want to go to a riot, if you're a parent you need to tell them absolutely fucking not and idk what his were thinking.
Yes we're well aware of your famous maternal instincts, with your "fetuses are parasites who deserve to be aborted for not paying rent" posts in all the radfem threads.

So Kyle shouldn't have been there. Rioting antifa/BLM goons shouldn't have been there either. None of this is legally relevant to whether or not it's self-defense.

He's 17 years old -- old enough to go to war. The only disappointment is that he didn't get bigger results against the Reds burning down the city. This is war, normal political competition died some time in the 2000s or earlier if you don't understand that you can go fuck yourself.

Facing the collapse of the narrative they were fed and easily devoured, the usual sorts of people are doing what you'd expect: swinging to a nihilistic "aw, everyone involved was bad!" take.

I’ve seen this firsthand with someone I sort of know, a IRL acquaintance who agreed with and amplified the narrative that Rittenhouse went on an unprovoked vigilante kill rampage. After seeing the trial footage of Gaige "Big Cross" he had the same reaction, "oh it's simply that everyone involved was an asshole! No need to engage in any self-examination as to why I bought into an obvious lie!" and switched to complaining about gun laws.

Every lib except for the most deranged, foaming at the mouth aggressive ones who are bursting with the urge to commit violence are going to be doing something like this in the next month or so. Sheepish grins and aw-shucks implications that they suspected the charges were bogus this whole time, even though they eagerly repeated obvious B.S. passed off as "news".

Thank you for your concern fedposter, but quite frankly i'm surprised no glowie or genuine angry shopkeeper went out and hosed the crowds at all during the entire summer of floyd.
They were very well behaved.

Barns just said it on the Nose show, like he had first hand knowledge. He was affaliated with the team until like two weeks ago, but seems to have bad blood with Hard R Richards.

>W-war is bad....because it just is okay???
>people need to just get along mkay?

So does that mean you will stop sperging about the church?
No?
Then fuck off

They discussed it in depth early on and he was running on the same info they were in the beginning.

Antifa is literally synonymous with internet tough guy. They talk the talk but they can't beat anything that isn't a garbage disposal
Most of them sure. But you also have a huge subset dropping acid and shooting heroin and shoplifting who hate the system cause they're abject failures and are happy to take a check for 10k and the accolades of their comrades for catching a charge. I guarantee a lot of these useful idiots are willing to commit all sorts of crimes. Should you or the jury be intimidated? Fuck no. Yeah some junkie deadbrain might manage to kill someone, but the alternative is bowing down to these dregs of society, and I doubt the entire jury will be THAT easily cowed. Maybe 1 or 2 of them. But those 1 or 2 are not gonna be the persuasive and leading jurors, and I do not think their fear will be so great as to enable them to stand their ground enough to not go along with the correct verdict (the easily intimidated are born conformists anyway) and moreover, they will not be able to convince everyone else that they should embolden injustice - worse result is a mistrial.

From a utilitarian view, It's sad when a young one dies as it's more potential lost. At the same time, it's less investment lost.

When you have an enemy that must be fought, you rely on people to fight that enemy. The age which our society has decided you can make that choice, with parental consent, is 17.

At 17 your brain is still developing and undergoing a brave decision such as putting your life at risk for a greater cause is sure to imprint it heavily. But so would staying home when you know you should be out there doing something. The other militia guys were mostly vets who have been in the habit of defending their communities likely since they were Kyle's age. They just continue to step up to the plate. Meanwhile most civvies just stay home and rely on other people to do their defending for them, just like they did at 17, just like they are in the habit of doing, just like they will always do.

The real question isn't why was Kyle there, it's why weren't his parents shoulder to shoulder with him? Hell why wasn't the entire damn town out there?

If 1% of people had half the courage of Kyle these "mostly peaceful" protests would have in fact been peaceful

I'd say the tides of public opinion in more moderate liberal circles is turning in favor of Kyle at this point. Antifa fags are still bitching but even they are starting to get into hypotheticals of why he shouldn't have even been there which has only ever been tangentially related to the question at hand.
