In regards to the dismissal and any actions being brought against the prosecution: I really think the judge and everyone else involved want to keep their heads down and not draw any attention to themselves. We've been over this; dismissal is not the same as a mistrial. Dismissal has double jeopardy implications. Mistrial does not. There would be no reroll if he dismissed it.
