Can we talk about that last line of questioning the prosecution tried on redheaded photographer?
"Yes he picked up a chain and started swinging it, but did he hit anyone with it?"
"Yes he tipped over a portapotty but was anyone inside?"
"Yes he set a trailer on fire and was screaming about how he isn't afraid to go back to jail but was anyone in the trailer"
"Yes he cocked the pistol, but did you see him load the magazine?"
"See? The victim was clearly nonthreatening and nonviolent. He didn't actively try to kill anyone before he tried killing Kyle."

Nigga wut?
At that point he was just on a roll and had to get all the spaghetti out of his pockets.

MSNBC still pushing the crossed state lines with the gun narrative.
Everyone involved in the segment should be liquidated.
Holy shit.

Okay, so there was apparently a Based King Autist, and this Based King Autist innocently and politely accused the prosecutor of witness tampering in the courtroom in front of the judge and jury?
Yes, and Prosecutor Matt Foley went absolutely apeshit on him in front of everybody. This trial is going to win Best Picture at the Oscars.

Third time I seen this now. What the fuck do they mean by "horizontal" position. They must be really grasping at straws.
They are taking the scientific jargon of the Medical examiner literally with their headlines, trying to foster the narrative that pedobaum was on ground and executed.

And you should know by now that the definition of "reasonable" in law is nothing like what normal people mean when they say that.
Wait, so the "reasonable man test" is not itself subject to the reasonable man test?

American jurisprudence, everyone: so fake, gay, and made-up that it violates even the law of non-contradiction.

I can see that this witness would be unreliable with the statement inconsistencies, but fuck does this look terrible for the prosecution with the way they are handling him.
The exchange just looks awful and with the testimony so far, the jury may think that this whole charade is bullying Kyle.

They are trying to imply he was laying down. But saying that would just be lying to a degree no fact checker could spin. The dude got shot a second time after he lunged/dropped so the bullet went through his back down into his gut

That is amazing. You cannot intimidate or signal an autist, they don't understand subtlety. I hope the defense motions for him to get a penalty.
