Man I'm frustrated with Chirafisi they could've taken soy viking for a spin...

Oh well.
What more could he really do given the evidence and the guy saying (whether he was lying on the stand or not) that he lied in the post.

There's not to many more places to take it and its up to the jury at that point to decide if he lied in the past or is lying now.

Either he admitted that he's a liar and cannot be trusted to tell the truth or he told the truth previously and is lying now. Its a "i'm a liar" tautology.

Can they recall Grosskreutz and confront him about that Facebook post?

Defense could've made him look like an ass on the stand with the right questions. They should've prepped for him to bullshit.

you can't really prep for a liar unless you have evidence to prove the conversation objectively. they'll double down the lie, like he did, and that's it.

only a CNN watching tard is going to believe it on face value. everyone else will see that the story doesn't make sense. and now doubt has been cast over both of them. As far as i can see anyway.

Explained this to a family member last night. Equivalent of a small sledgehammer
They use these because they're objects it isn't inherently criminal to possess. That's why you see so many antifags carrying around skateboards but never riding them. Sort of like Clanton's bike lock, it's a seemingly innocuous object, but can be deadly used as such.

It's still considered assault with a deadly weapon if you actually get charged with assaulting someone with it, and they can also throw in a weapons possession charge in some jurisdictions if the purpose of possessing it was for use as a weapon, which is usually fairly easily proven by the fact you did in fact use it as such illegally.

Touché.
I still think they could've gotten him to slip up and say some goofy shit with a little more prodding.

"Were you lying then or are you lying now?!?" is how the professionals often ask it.
