This guy is twisting himself into knots and doing the hard "immigrant voice". Again, this is meant to be direct, yet it's turning into a cross ex. Unless this is some sort of re cross 2.0.
all is forgiven if he tells any of the lawyers on the stand, "there is a virus on your computer and I need to remote in to fix it but you need to pay me with walmart or target gift cards"

God damnit everytime Binger comes up I'm overwhelmed with an urge to shave his head. Why the fuck is a grown ass professional going for the half faux hawk? It's almost as embarrassing as how many lies he's been caught in.

you can't really prep for a liar unless you have evidence to prove the conversation objectively. they'll double down the lie, like he did, and that's it.

only a CNN watching tard is going to believe it on face value. everyone else will see that the story doesn't make sense. and now doubt has been cast over both of them. As far as i can see anyway.
You absolutely can prep for lying at any point by getting the liar to mess up their story. You give them some feeder questions to make them think they're safe and then ask a question about the lie that deviates from the original path.

A liar does not keep a consistent story, and the more you expose their lie the more frustrated they become.

Once they're heated, you go in with the question you really want to ask and they'll more than likely slip up.

I hope defense doesn't get too flustered and end the day looking like assholes.
If you blunder or get a bad answer it's usually best to just move right on like it doesn't even matter. If you lose your cool you're just cluing the jury and possibly waking a few of them up at a bad time.

They're actually letting him on the stand?? Why?
Jesus I wonder how cross will go.

Missed roommate's testimony but seems like it went as expected.
