Oh Fudge.gif

Christmas came early for Binger!

Binger is going to go ham on poor Kyle. What the fuck is the defense thinking. Binger didn't even have his list of questions on him. He clearly didn't think he was going to question him.

The judge has intervened on the bullying that went on yesterday.. I have a feeling that the judge will protect him

Him taking the stand is not automatically -bad-, but it opens up way too many possibilities to become bad.
It is exceptionally bad, this like walking a slack line that was spanned across the twin towers. The risk:reward ratio is over 9000:1.

It's a big gamble. If he gets a repeat of yesterday with the autist, that will be magical.

The only legitimate reason I see for doing this is a worry about a tainted jury. Kyle, from a visual and personality standpoint, is a kicked puppy and it could sway a good chunk of the jury if they are on the fence to leap over to his side.

It'll all hinge on how well he handles cross.

I'm a few minutes behind, and switched devices....to see Kyle on the stand. What the fuck is happening?
