I see it in a different way. Chinks will still spam dislikes coz that's the only thing they know how to. But now only the creator sees the number and has to deal with it. How emotional they get over it will vary but it no longer will lead to a situation where people spam the like button to drown the dislikes.

YouTube basically want the creators to suffer in silence while there's no negative optics publicly visible on their platform.

Regarding the Youtube change I mentioned: tbh I doubt it'll make much, if any, difference to VTubers or their content. Just wanted to report it anyway as a heads-up.

Where it's really gonna suck is when you're looking for stuff like tutorial/instructional vids and lose one of your tools for judging whether it's worth your time or not.

I think a better question is why the fuck are you bothering with Paladins; Hi-Rez is a shit dev and Tribes: Ascend isn't the only reason for that, ex. them adding multiple furries into the game back-to-back.
