Is this something that's actually allowed In Amerifat courts? Can you just badger someone for six hours until they get confused, inevitably make a mistake, and then point to that as evidence of their guilt? How is this even remotely fair?
This is the first place I've seen Amerifat used outside of reddit

Can we just take a moment to honor the true hero of these proceedings. Nick Rekeita. I had my doubts about Nick but the man went into an environment dominated by that soy filled faggot Legal Eagle and the Poop Hat. Where so many failed, he thrived and singlehandedly created the template for actual lawtube shows.

In the process of doing this he is becoming stinking rich and using the money to raise a big ass family. He's also stuck by our autistic hell hole and dear leader throughout, so big ups. It's been fun to watch a success story in real time, and with this shit he's made it. Over 70,000 concurrent viewers and holding court with an entire panel of Attorneys, while his biggest reaction to the case is literally setting the national conversation.

Good for you Nick. Don't fuck it up and let your ego get to you.

I'm convinced Binger is campaigning for future political office. He had visions of presidency when he volunteered and now he's just desperately trying to preen for the cameras hard enough that his failure to prove guilt of anything is papered over by the media enforcers of the uniting shitlib narrative.
Explains the hair, but after today, all any future political opponents will need to do is keep posting these clips of the judge bending him over and ramming him. Probably spend less money on their campaign than that NJ trucker guy.

Watching Kyle's cross examination felt like watching someone being tortured. Binger seems like the sort of person who would be genuinely proud of himself for triggering Kyle's PTSD and "getting away" with prosecutorial misconduct.
He's the same sort of (((guy))) who would have been much more at home as a prosecutor in 1920's/1930's Soviet courts, if only his birth had been more fortuitously timed.

"This guy can't even cross examine a grandma, an autistic bottle factory worker, and a teenager who shot 3 people properly, what use will he be in office"?

He also is to my knowlege the guy who really brought the idea of reading super chats to the mainstream. An idea that is now universally adopted.

I know a lot of the Farms think Rekieta is a lolcow and he's definitely got some tendencies, but he's also an enormously likable guy who intuitively knows how to deal with an edgy internet audience.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Kenosha County DA decided to continue the case against Rittenhouse to throw a bone to the rioters furious the officer who shot Jacob Blake wasn't charged. But Binger is absolutely willingly pursuing this out of a desire to advance his career, even if his antics tank his career as a prosecutor after this out of optics if nothing else there will be plenty of media outlets willing to give him paid airtime as a 'legal expert'.
I would prefer if he just disappeared...

He's probably banking on a legal analyst job for cable news at the very least. He also gives off strong """law""" twitter vibes with his bitchy attempts at snark and quirky, man-child consoomer lapel pins.

In fairness, Barnes talks a lot of bullshit and has never seen a high-profile case where he didn't claim to have tons of dirt on the lawyers involved.
Barnes is kind of weird.

He knows a shit ton about politics and law, but because he has a background in both those things that spans decades that make him shady as fuck.

He constantly talks about how he was young and ballot harvesting in the South. He currently takes political betting, so he is extremely well researched with history, voting trends, racial voting patterns, and more. He also took up several high profile cases like Sandman and the Covington Kids, and Wesley Snipes because he can't shut up about it.

He is like the pinnicle of stereotypical lawyers: a real life Better Call Saul character.

I am biased AF, but I believed that testimony. You cannot fake the thousand yard stare. Saw those eyes in the Army. They are the eyes of a man who has killed, hated it, and wants to believe he was right for doing so.

It's absolutely tragic to see those eyes on an 18 year old, but in 2020 our country decided it would be okay to set in motion events that would lead to it. Kyle Rittenhouse is the man on trial, but it's really the city of Kenosha and the country at large truly in the dock.

No matter what the verdict is I fully expect to start seeing him in Twitter cringe/rage compilations with a blue checkmark in a few months.

Did anyone else see Binger flashing Masonic gestures to the judge and defense attorneys during the trial? People were talking about it on /pol but I don't want to rewatch the whole day's proceedings to find time stamps.
I saw a couple of gestures that perked my interest somewhat, but I'm on the fence as to whether or not they were actually meaningful.

Does he have a known twitter? I'm sure if he does he's smart enough to not say dumb things on it.
