4. The fact that "something" is almost definitely a video game, given the context. He could in theory get good at something, but that takes practice, work, investment, etc. He actually just wants to play games and be good at them with no effort - not be good at an actual useful skill, or be a good person, or be in a good relationship, etc.
5. The fact that this is a mix of frustration, which is somewhat understandable, with an insatiable desire for attention and coddling. Basically using anything available as an excuse to indirectly beg for these things.
6. He won't actually do anything to fix his situation; it's possible that he might not even be able to. That is part of the whole pathetic tragic comedy.
7. He willingly looks like a cross between an outraged danger haired feminist and a teenager with FAS and broadcasts this image to strangers.

I could go on and on. It truly is a perfect introduction to who he is, but it offers more and more the more you know about him. An unparalleled encapsulation.

His first big exposure online was a video where he cosplayed as L and tried to promote an anime convention he and his friends were organizing at their college. This video was made immediately after Chibi's friends told him not to say anything about the convention, since it wasn't set in stone yet and they didn't want to jeopardize it falling apart. So I’m sure you can guess what happened next. The convention got cancelled because everyone started getting doxxed and trolled, and no one wanted to be associated with it.(This was all leaked by his former friend BigAl and confirmed by some friend he did a video with)

Video is lost and that is pretty much all that is left of it.
