Why would Pedobaum wear his shirt the way nature intended the whole night, but cover his face with it before chasing Rittenhouse? Did defense highlight this at any point? I mean.. this is a pretty obvious indicator that what he intended to do with Rittenhouse was enough to make him want to cover his identity.

I'm just hoping today isn't as agonizing to sit through as yesterday. Yesterday was definitely Binger trying to get revenge for him and Kraus being made into laughingstocks.

It's odd but true that actually being involved in some of these kind of scenes over the years did not phase me in the slightest--but watching third parties do it from 1,000 miles away is sometimes almost more than I can stand.

There’s no way that what we see him doing in this trial is the only stupid or fucked up thing he’s done and he’s relatively young so I would bet that he could give us decades of entertainment. I very much want to know if Binger is a homosexual or just a soyboy, it’s very hard to tell. I feel like the pocket square is a giveaway though.

This is nothing new for the Democrats. They've been doing this to people for over 150 years. I don't know why people are just figuring it out now. Unfortunately it calls for speculation and the Prosecution would rightly object. Rittenhouse would have no idea exactly WHY he had done it. Only person who can answer that question is the Pedo. He's unavailable atm on account for all the screaming he is doing as he burns in hellfire.

They are highly unlikely to move for mistrial until their case-in-chief is finished. They're probably gonna drop all "throw out this case" motions at once, and the directed verdict motion allows for no more evidence to be presented afterwards. They might drop them at the end of the day after witnesses, but tomorrow is more likely.

They already filled the motion. The judge wanted it in a brief from both the prosecution and defence teams.

I don't believe defense covered it, but Binger was trying to imply that because the three times baum was "seen" by Rittenhouse and others, he was apparently dressed differently, and during both times before the shooting, he had different things over his face. Therefore, it's impossible to say for certain that the two times baum threatened to kill Rittenhouse, it was actually baum. That's of course completely stupid, but that's what Binger was saying. Defense could still try to suggest that, but I think it'd be a moot point, as it was already established from their standpoint that baum was in fact the same baum, despite supposedly being dressed in three different outfits. It'd be a little redundant, and I don't think the jury wants to be spoonfed on common sense.

Just to see what happened I showed my friends some images of different weapons, but what I was interested in was two images.

When I showed them an AR-15 they recognized it almost immediately, I then showed them an Mini-14 and they thought it was some old WW2 weapon.

No. Prosecutors have 'absolute immunity' from liability. They can literally be caught on video accepting a huge clear plastic bag full of cash in exchange for agreeing to set you up, and the best you can hope for is disbarment. Kyle really played this one by the book. He ran as much as he could, and only fired when he could not escape. He never took shots into the mob indiscriminately. This is the kind of case that would never be brought if it weren't for media attention and political pressure.

Nifong (Duke Lacrosse boys) is the only case I actually know of where it happened. It's like perjury on the stand--it's so common, and the trial ends, and everyone just forgets and moves on the next trial. The system really is very corrupt -- but there's no money to be made or political points to be scored by arguing about crooked umps or cheating after the game is over, so basically nobody cares.
