Inactive Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka - Deadbeat (emphasis on "Dead") founder of Something Awful, forced out of his own community, on his second divorce, stuck his dick in crazy, "Birth Giver"

Lowtax's story should be required reading for everyone who's a YouTube star or TikTok influencer, or whatever.

A guy who thought the money train was going to keep on going who bought all the flashy shit and lived life like he was now part of the 1% forever.
Yep. It's like a textbook. It also reminds me of Ozzy's quote from Decline of Western Civilization, pt. 2 "you better be nice to the people you meet on the way up because you will meet the exact same people on the way back down". Richard was a dick to many on both the way up and the way back down and this is how it ends...

Plus, any twittards, goons, or plebbitors who want to blame the Farms for this are way the fuck out of line. People were NICER on this thread about him than most of his alogs on the Internet. At least here Kiwis look at his accusers and make fun of them, too, if they deserve it and attempt to critically examine attacks on him rather than just assuming shit is true.

I never touched SA or read this thread so I'm looking forward to the person stream so I can finally see what all the fuss was about
SA was kind of a combination of Kiwifarms and a more kind of general discussion forum back in the early 2000s. Think maybe the wild west culture of the early internet meets wacky random web 1.0 humor meets Kiwifarms meets Reddit except instead of subreddits, you had megathreads with sometimes tens of thousands of pages. There'd be a thread called something like, I dunno, "Ask Me About Being a Lawyer" and there'd be a few hundred people asking a couple lawyers about their most fucked up cases and stuff for a few thousand pages.

It had its own cows and everything, though they weren't called cows at that time. These guys for example:

There were a bunch more.

So because of that, there's a lot of overlap in audience between Kiwifarms and old SA.

Imagine if in 15-years-time Null was paying to suck tranny dick and eating $40 mail-order pies and Kiwifarms was totally taken over by furries and trannies. Meanwhile all the current users were all on some other, newer forum for talking about internet trainwrecks, watching from a distance. That's this thread and the SA & Friends thread.

People are talking about the kids, but if he really did kill himself it was probably the pain from his disease. Having a decaying spine, or whatever, would make life a living hell. By the time he got to the end he probably lusted for the numb relief of nothingness.
Ultimately pales in comparison to the horror of a roastie being denied her court ordered gibmedats to spend on new shoes. Let the simps simp

Don't mean to sound like a newfag but where can I watch Null's streams?
Youtube has been rough on his archivers lately, but his stuff can still be found. Search "mad on the internet" on youtube and you will find a variety of users who have uploaded at least a few shows. Don't want to recommend any specific archives as they could already be yeeted! Also, he is on odyssee and there are some shows there, including some exclusive content like his movie reviews. He also has a madattheinternet.com site and I think he is planning to get everything up on there when he gets a chance.

If you're interested in this because of lowtax, he never really did a full lowtax stream that I can recall, but there is a lot of interesting stuff in this interview with his ex Logan Day. I would take her with a grain of salt, but I think she is mostly telling the truth. This is a solid prequel for what happened this week.
