IMO They’re really trying to make an example out of KR because he’s the exact demographic they fear the most. A brave young man who knows how to defend himself and his community and is willing to do so.

Just to expand on this a bit and hopefully kill some of the doomerism in this thread think of it this way: At least two of the three wastes of life Kyle shot were probably some of the worst people in that mob considering the number of people that were a part of it, and also some of the few who actually took action in trying to stop what the left is now trying to portray as a right wing terrorist attack. They were the most capable and "bravest" the mob had on their side that night when confronted with their worst nightmare.

If this country collapses into a contest of violence and not theater fully supported by the powers that be that's the caliber of people they have on their side. As you said on some level a lot of them know this and it makes them deeply insecure.

my god this is painful. None of this is going to sink in for the Jury, whats the point of all this?

The Canadian guy on Rekeita's stream is right, this should be a lot less boring. We're in the narrative part now and Agent 47 is better at that. They need a little showmanship.

Or better yet, show the full 2:55 event start to finish to give the jury a sense of the timing.

There is also no need for each individual shot to be timed. At all. Give the total and have at it. The rest is superfluous.
Considering how much Binger tried to imply Kyle could have done so many thing or assessed the threat level from being kicked, if he had a weapon, ect ect. It shows the jury explicitly just how fast things went done. You can be bored by it if you want, but it’s not made to be entertaining, it’s meant to inform. The nitty gritty details.

A good defense lawyer isn’t going to go “lol well it was only three minutes, see? Defense rests.”

He has made it feel like it was longer than it was, despite trying to show how fast it was. This is actively working against his fucking point.

This is an incredibly dull witness.

I don't believe the jury are getting anything from this.

Also you can compress sound. The sound he is listening to is likely compressed. You can also slow down sound.

If any jurors are computer literate they're probably scratching their heads at some of the stuff this guy says, which will impact credibility.

Off topic but can a disorder like ADD/ADHD get you dismissed from a jury? This would be hellish to anyone with that disorder.
Thats an excellent question. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that ADD/ADHD is now considered part of the Austistic Spectrum. So can one claim "mental illness or disability" to get out of jury duty?🤔

I think the reason so many Twitter and Reddit users are upset at Rittenhero going free is because they're jealous that Rosenbaum actually got to molest children.

That's asinine, and you should know it.

"How long did it take from the kick to the head to the final shot"

"Five seconds"

*GO to next bit*

You can compress this and lose -none- of the actual point and not bore the jury to tears to the point they tune it out.

You then go back to specific shots -if you have a point for those specific shots-.

Reminder: That night Gaige was also streaming but it seems that only the last minute of his stream is available.
It would be interesting to get the full stream.

copy-pasta: "I'm going to the police" Kyle Rittenhouse is heard saying On Gaige Grosskreutz livestream moments before shooting him in the arm & killing 1 other man further supporting that Kyle was not on the offensive but trying to surrender when they attacked him"

Yes but Richards can be more engaging, this is something you want to be hammered into the skulls of the jury, you don't want them to zoom out.
