This has to have been covered before, and I'm certainly no expert as a verified penis-owner, but if my distant memories of high school biology serve me right, aren't the intense cramps during a period something to do with the woman's body removing all the baby-making materials she didn't use that month? And the associated mood swings the result of a fluctuation of things leaving and being re-introduced to your body (not to mention the general misery intense pain inspires)?

What I'm driving at is it that periods are inextricably tied to female physiology, and so being trans --with or without HRT-- would do absolutely nothing to suddenly make a male body act as if it has a uterus, ovaries and other assorted bits and bobs that facilitate a period and their many side-effects.

That's maybe an over-simplified assessment of periods, but I'm fairly certain that (brace yourselves) these trannies are talking utter shit.

The uterus is contracting to expel the lining of the endometrium, which otherwise would not be shed if a fertilized egg was there. Prostaglandins are the hormones associated with it. Prostaglandins are present in both sexes yet in females are specific to uterine contractions. This is why aspirin and naproxen can work for uterine cramps but basic muscle relaxants don't: the uterine muscles are completely different and operate under different enzymes and hormones.

So, all the 'mood swings' are purely neurological in males in HRT.

This makes me so incredibly sad. Jazz/Jaron’s mother is clearly a narc, and Jazz clearly has trauma from everything that’s been inflicted on him. I can only imagine what it must be like to be convinced that you were born “wrong” and to spend one’s entire childhood enduring chemical side effects and painful procedures to “fix” it. Even physically disabled/chronically ill kids who have to endure similar things are given a better outlook: they’re working toward health and functionality, not some impossible to attain aesthetic “ideal”. They are. Not every woman gets cramps anyway. I never have. Not every woman gets mood swings, and when we do it's often mild. I get slightly snippy if I'm not generally left alone for a few days before I start. Mild enough I often don't notice the mood swing until I start then look back at my behavior. Same with the cravings women supposedly have, I might get the slight urge out of the blue to buy a bag of pretzels or rarely a bag of chocolate. Then there's months in a row where none of that happens. And it certainly doesn't happen the second week of every month!

But troons all have these crazy over the top symptoms when they "have their period". Massive cramps. Huge mood swings (which can happen in women, but it's an abnormal medical condition, not the norm). Tons of anger. Tons of cravings and always chocolate, I'm more likely to crave salt if anything.

They definitely have a very stereotypical idea of menstruation and think that every woman has the same experience, when we very definitely do not. Not even all our cycles are the same length! My friend has a 20 day cycle and a long period. Yuck.

Sorry for the personal shit, it's really the only way to demonstrate how divorced from reality troons are. I'll take the powerlevel ratings.
