ONE woman is hitting back at the haters saying that she is happy in her own skin even though constantly ridiculed for her weight.
21-year-old Jilly from Pennsylvania, says that others don't understand how she can post photos in underwear and feel sexy, but she says that's just fatphobia.
Taking to her TikTok account, Jilly posts often about how she is confident regardless of the countless trolling comments she gets.
Posting under the domain @softestjillyshe says: "I will continue to be fat and pretty"
In the caption, she tags "plus-size" and "body positivity."
In the video, she sings along to the words "My new catchphrase is I don't give a f***."
In another post, Jilly says she has "six tips to help you start loving yourself in a world that wants you to hate yourself."
"One, don't wait until a later date to start loving your life. No seriously, what are you waiting for" she said..
For her second tip, the young woman says not to compare yourself to other's although she knows that is easier said than done.
"Noone has a perfect life and we are all beautiful in our own ways," says Jilly.
Adding: "Three, this one is kinda hard. You gotta unfollow all the people that don't make you feel good, even if they're your friends."
Number four, she says that self-love does not happen overnight and for five explains that you will have good days and bad days as "self-love is not linear.
She ends with "give yourself a hug" as her final tip.
Her self love post has been viewed almost 2.5k times and many TikTok users have commented.
"This was so soothing" commented one person.
Another said: "Love this so much."
Some TikTok commenters hit back criticising the post.
"Self-love is a must but I dare say equal to self-improvement. Compare yourself to others to improve yourself but know that not everything is picture-perfect" commented the TikTok user.
The poster added: "Don't wait until a later date to get back into shape."
Jilly responded to the comment saying: "You're obsessed."
