What business does she think she’s going to be able to start that will cover her bills? She has no realistic plan. So far she’s mentioned porn (low interest from her old fans due to taking T), a 3D printer (a hobby for most people, won’t make much if any money), made up holistic medicine (lol to who?), and an animal rescue (which are ALWAYS in need of money, not earning).

Twitter is full of soft hearted troons and lefties who want to give people shit for free. You say it in the right way and they bend over backwards for you because they are sympathetic humans who really just want the world to get a bit better.
This happens to the right too, check out more conservative moms targeted grifting in the beauty parlor and to hardcore alt right. If you think someone believes the same things as you do, you want to trust them and give back to them because you know what it's like or know you want things to change in the war on "the right"/"the left"/satan/karen and so forth etc etc.

Other than the compression socks, the non-perishable items are very available used, cheap and locally.
Not to sound ghoulish, but the people who buy automatic blood pressure cuffs do not usually put many years of use into them, and their estate goes to the thrift store.
At my local the other day: as usual, there was a 3' shelf of gently used sphygmomanometers with some fingertip pulse oximeters thrown in, next to the crutches, canes, walkers and toilet risers. Under $15, no shipping, no Bezos, pick one from the right color tag and you can get it 50% off.
This is where a serious street medic/non-traditional practitioner/Occupy Healthcare would know to source their gear. Shiny new plastic is the opposite of impressive for what they want.

People like Alyssa are why I never use in-home services, especially apps, for things like this. It's complete strangers with no standards or vetting. She bragged about how much she stole from her last job and posted so many photos of herself using their bathtub inappropriately when she was supposed to be there watching the children. She's basically the nightmare gig worker that turns people off to nannies and maid services.

she keeps having moments of clarity but then covers it up with online stuff. I seriously think that if she was away from the internet and was actually bored for once, many things would immediately start being discovered. There's these retreats that make you not talk and you're away from the internet. Mental institutions are like that too. They essentially place you in a state where you have to confront your personal thoughts and heal. I wonder if she'll go insane from going to a place like that or she'll actually get something from it.

What? I have never heard of anyone doing this. Unless you're literally being paid to just check in on the pets (fill up their food bowl, let them outside, then leave), pet SITTING means you're staying at the house until the owner comes back.
Also, notice how despite the fact that the dogs are hyper and "destroying everything", she still decides to leave. I can't wait for Kindless to post a crying video about how transphobic the dog owner is because they fired her after coming home to a destroyed home.
The best part of her tweet is her saying she's only leaving for a second! She's HAS to leave because she has to check on her own home! But wait, she also just said Boonie is taking care of the dog, so why does she need to check in on them?
Either Kindless is just looking for an excuse to go home and be lazy, or she knows Bonbon is a lazy fat sack who isn't actually taking care of her dog.
Whatever the reason, I hope the owner reports Kindless and she gets banned from that app, she absolutely doesn't need to be looking after anyone's pets.

Not a medfag but I had very similar open sores on my limbs caused by a flesh-eating bacteria I got from working in extremely unsanitary conditions. I do have permanent scarring from them even though I sought treatment immediately after I noticed the sores forming, if left untreated the sores will keep growing and getting more infected so Alyssa is in for a rough time.
