My gramps told me that if I had to shoot someone in self defense, I better fucking aim for the head because if the perp survives, I'd get assraped in court. The only mistake Kyle made was not aiming for the head of Mr. Bye-ceps to blow his brains out. I think that Kyle should consider himself lucky that not only the juror isn't pozzed, but Prosecutor is making an ass of himself after having his literal star witness fucked him over.
I thought aiming for center mass was SOP.

Agree to be honest, he's too obviously bias for his own good. Leaves the possibility that the jury will just mentally bin his testimony.
As entertaining as it is to see him spar with Binger, yeah, he's not a great witness- his bias is shining through- he has multiple tweets even during the trial that Binger can point out and show to the jury to make him look biased.

(binger is going with the "you're not a real journalist" tactic- and Drew has left the door open to it, but I'd love to hear him retort with a variation of "you're not a real lawyer")

No, this is a bad witness. But I don't think he is a net negative. Just nowhere near as good as he could be and not great at all as your final witness.
It's as if Binger tried his one gear the entire trial, and finally won the witness roulette in getting someone who would rise to his dickhead tone and general attitude.
