I don't know how this logic works. It's an all white jury and all the victims were white, or at least wh*toid. And it's not like Rittenhouse asked the Jew among them for his last name.

Binger never shut the fuck up and went over the same 3 points 36 times then submitted a bigfoot photo with 7 pixels as his ace in the hole evidence to prove Kyle is a genocidal super murderer
Did the defense actually object to anything this time? They sat on their ass and did nothing yesterday basically.

They really are fucking NPCs who are so brain rotted by team politics that "Opposite team man killed friendly team man" is all they need to want his blood, their melted brains can't see the absurdity of the ridiculous ex post facto justifications for it.

It's quite fascinating theorizing what their mindset is. It seems like in their minds 50% of the population are secretly white supremacists that use things like "self defense" and "the American flag" as shields for their dogwhistles. They can't possibly be naive citizens who simply wanted to help and ended up in an impossible situation.

Catching up with the last big foot part of today's trial and it's like pulling teeth. There's so many clarifications defense can ask for. Like the million of posts mentioning artifacts, the whole distortion in the images presented, left v right handed, and the fact that they are grabbing stills from a video, pausing, then zoom and enhancing who knows how many times.

The whole "he's aiming his gun at ziminsky, whos totally off screen pls believe me" :story:

Fat boy's objection when Agent 47 asks if colors are added sounded so whining. Agent 47 comes across as the most likeable among the laywers. Binger is smarmy, fat boy whiny, richards sleepy.

Anything of interest happen in today's hearing?
Uhhh... let's see the recap....
The video expert witness took the stand. Binger instantly objected and the judge mostly slapped him down. Defense was required to change filenames though. It was boring, general consensus was that the witness was underutilized. Got some rumblings of the photo enlargement issue.
BG on the scene came in and was vastly amusing for the same reason he will be ineffective. He was far too combative. Judge exploded at Binger, with the first outburst with the jury still in, over Binger implying he was slimy for hiring an attorney.

Binger also attempts to get this witness to mistrial by attempting to get him to mention Rosenbaum was a pedo by reading one of his tweets. The guy does not fall for it and asks Binger to read it to him. Binger declines.

The prosecution then brings in an "expert" who is hilariously bad at being an expert to try and bring in the enlarged and enhanced (read: doctored) photo he claims shows Kyle pointing his gun at that one guy who fired in the air. He succeeds despite looking like a retard and neither the edited or original image look like anything in particular. They never testify as to what it depicts. This was likely to try to slide in the accusation on final arguments.

Edit: oh and the day ended after that. Nothing more except motion practice on the dismissals and getting the jury instructions together. The jury comes in Monday for closing arguments.

I do kind of agree. The judge yesterday made a comment on them needing to do more, but it can be one of two things. Either:
1. They're giving the prosecutor enough rope to hang himself.
2. Having the judge object may seem more legitimate in the jury's eyes.

What? What's wrong with it? He's being tried by a jury of his peers. You always bitch about how there aren't enough black folks on the jury when Dind U. Nuffin is on trial, so a jury that matches the racial makeup of the defendant should be completely A OK with you faggots.

Well that jury heard 4 days of shit and to think a couple of pixels means that slimeball binger wins if they declare Kyle to be guilty because of a few pixels.

Kyle going to jail means worse consequences than walking free.

Him walking free means the system is salvagable.

Him going to prison means the system is fully broken and not even the decorum obsessed cuckservatives can save you now or themselves.
I mean the system wants to make an example out of him. The system being the left wing/progressive media class.

But looking at this case he's going to get off so the system unable to convict will just say he got off because white surpremacy and progressives and antifa will become more blackpilled. Remember the 4 years of Biden are designed to make the left think they defeated fascism meanwhile more and more of the freedoms are stripped away in the name of "stopping domestic terrorism"
Anyone with brain cells knows he's going to get off. But anyone who is a disingenuous propagandist will spin he got off because white surpremacy and the blue pilled pozzed normies will eat that shit up because they know no better.

Just think of the mental illness here, the Rittenhouse trial involves white people and has nothing to do with race. Why the fuck does there need to be blacks on the jury. Are we admitting that black juries make decisions based on race and would decide to convict a white person because of their race? So this is ok now?

Can someone explain why exactly Kyle crossing state lines matters in terms of his self defense claim? This keeps popping up and everytime I encounter it I just think "That woman deserved to be raped since she went down to Miami when she's from Georgia"
It's a skewed perception that's trying to make him look like he was looking for trouble. What's always conveniently left out is that's where his father resides and where he worked.

It's a way to get the feds involved is the only legal reason. He didn't transport the gun so that point doesn't work.
It's mostly an optics argument. "He came to town to cause trouble. He's a riot tourist!"

Who fucking cares? It's just another cope line.

It dosent they're grasping at straws and victim blaming.

They're essentially saying "if he just ignored the riots and didn't get involved they wouldn't viciously have tried to kill a child and no one would have gotten shot"
