It means that if Kyle gets convicted, you can toss the idea of a 'civil' society out the window. And even if Kyle wins, what'll happen to the next case where something similar happens? God help us then.
We're rapidly approaching the "fuckit" stage. Especially as Blackrock and Gates work very hard to cut off any ability for Americans to flee the bugmen hives they're being corralled into.

Quoting the excellent "Days of Rage" review by David Hines:

In 209 BC, two Qin Dynasty army officers, Chen Sheng and Wu Guang, were ordered to lead their troops on a march to provide reinforcements. Massive flooding delayed them. They couldn’t make their rendezvous time. In the Qin Dynasty, this carried the death penalty. No excuses.

“What’s the penalty for being late?”

“Death.”

“What’s the penalty for rebellion?”

“Death.”

“Well — we’re late.”

And that’s the story of the Dazexiang Uprising.

How does full-on streetfighting start in the United States of America? My guess is: pretty much like that. “What’s the penalty for kicking the living shit out of Leftist protestors?” “Oh, Jesus, we’d be demonized as Nazis.” “…what’ll they do if we don’t kick the living shit out of Leftist protestors?” “They’ll — hmmmmmmm….”

What happens if you just start gunning down BLM and Antifa rioters in the street before they can start shit? Or even if you just wait until they DO start shit and end them for it?

Dear fucking god, they'd call you a white supremacist. They'd destroy your life. They'd riot and burn down your cities. They'd come for your children! They'd put you in jail forever.

What happens if you just stand there watching like Kenosha Kyle did?

They'll... Huh.

Well -- the rioters are coming and the cops are letting them do it again. What do you wanna do?

If this line of thinking enters the cultural zeitgeist, we will have a very big fucking problem, very quickly. Because it will absolutely, 100%, snowball.

Idk why people are so blackpilled about this. The case has only gotten progressively worse for the prosecution as the trial went on.
Have you been paying attention to the world at all since 2020?

It's a clown fiesta. Nothing makes sense. The media absolutely hates everything Trump does and jumps on the chance to blame him for every little thing that happens under his watch. 2 years of people speculating if he was put in power by Russia. Investigations into a phone call go on for months and all of his associates are scrutinized to the nth degree to put as much pressure as possible on them.

But then under the same president a high profile pedophile who owned an island full of underage girls to rape for years commits suicide in his cell in a high security federal prison where he was already on suicide watch and the guards were asleep and one wasn't even a guard and the media just says "okay then!"

Wisconsin is over 80% white Non-Hispanic. Kenosha County is 88% white NH. Kenosha city is about 77% white NH.

COPE AND SEETHE that you can't just import joggers from Chicago to declare the wipepo guilty, journo.
What about the other 14%? Looks like a 14/88 difference in Kenosha.

Show me "White privledge" again.

Can someone explain why exactly Kyle crossing state lines matters in terms of his self defense claim? This keeps popping up and everytime I encounter it I just think "That woman deserved to be raped since she went down to Miami when she's from Georgia"
My response to the State Lines bullshit.

I don't know how this logic works. It's an all white jury and all the victims were white, or at least wh*toid. And it's not like Rittenhouse asked the Jew among them for his last name.
It's the media manipulating people into believing that Kyle shot black people, without actually making a false statement. They avoid showing pictures of the attackers that Kyle shot on social media, or in their articles if they can help it, and if they can't they bury the lede and put the photos far down the article in a gallery people would have to actually click through. They emphasizing that the shooting happened at a Black Lives Matter "protest" that was "protesting" a black man being shot. They blame the shooting on white supremacy. So naturally the many people who don't have the time or energy to do more than skim the latest outrage assume that the "protesters" shot must have been black, especially if there are prominent photos of the "protest" featuring black people. The media then reinforces that misconception by stuff like that. It's been a big deal in the past when a white person has allegedly committed a crime against a black person, and is judged by a mostly or all white jury due to sometimes accurate concerns of bias. So people assume the media is bringing up the jury being mostly white as a problem because it's yet another example of a white offender against a black victim being judged by a white jury.

All done in support of the initial narrative the media sold before any facts were out that this was a "peaceful protest" that was unjustly attacked by a "white supremacist". Both because they have to double down on it lest people start questioning their accuracy, and because it keeps people riled up and "engaged" with their reporting.

Thus we get stuff like that tweet someone posted during the day where someone was just discovering today that the people shot were all white. Which in turn changed their perspective on the trial a bit.

Despite the doomerism in here and the general floor licking of juries, they do mostly obey this edict. It's not 100% but most do cut down on their intake of basically all media. Many have expressed an interest in reading after their jury duty. So it's a bit of a mixed bag, but generally they obey.
I'd say the only big risk is from activists who it won't effect anyway.

This is beyond fucked up.
This is the internet. Telling someone to kill themself is like saying "hello". BG knows this and is playing it for publicity. It's dumb when they do it and it's dumb when we do it.

Smooth brain scientist claims that a clever joke obviously about the supply chain crisis is somehow racist. Then he extends that to claiming that an older phrase "slow boat to China" is also racist and makes up its meaning to refer to old Chinese sailing ships (???) even though it obviously refers to a very long journey via speed ("slow") and distance ("China", on the opposite side of the world). If you tell somebody to take a slow boat to China, you simply want him gone for a long time, the ultimate destination being irrelevant. This is our intellectual betters.

This is actually much more offensive by suggesting that people who live outside of cities are rubes with shitty food.

In case anybody joins in late:

First day (Jury selection)
Second day (Defense says the hard R)
Third day (Prosecution begins to fuck up here, judge gets pissed at him, Regg incognito video with superchats used as evidence)
Fourth day (Juror gets thrown out due to Jacob Blake joke, prosecution is dealt a major blow when witness said that he heard the 'victim' say "if I catch any of you guys alone tonight, I'm gonna' fucking kill you," and the judge gets pissed again at the prosecution afterwards)
Fifth day (Another juror struck due to pregnancy and the prosecution shits the bed even more: opening the door for Rosenbaum's girlfriend to testify that he was depressed and bipolar. They then subpoenaed two Indian brothers who have something shady going on.)
Before the sixth day (Cortez Rice claims that he knows people inside the courtroom taking pictures of the jury and threatening to dox them if they don't convict Kyle)
Sixth day (Gaige Grosskreutz takes the stand and gets spanked by the judge for saying murder during direct. On cross, he kept changing his story, is shown to have a financial incentive for Kyle to be convicted, admits to having pointed his gun at Kyle and that he lied to police in his statement to them, tweeted during the trial like a fucking idiot, and the facebook post about Grosskreutz regretting not killing Kyle was brought up and resulted in his friend being served. Soon after Gaige finished, a detective took the stand and testified that the prosecution told him not to execute a search warrant on Gaige)
Seventh day (Someone got caught recording the jurors and was forced to delete it. The bodies were shown with the jurors reported to be taking notes and some of them having difficulty looking at the pictures. The curfew charge was dismissed. Granny witness says hard R. Autistic photographer testified that he had a meeting with Binger where Binger gave him information that he hadn't known and wasn't in his official statement and then asked him to change his statement to reflect that. Aka, the prosecution coached him and tried to get him to change his sworn statement. Prosecution goes hostile on him as a result and made themselves look worse to the jury. Autist also testified that the ATF and FBI showed up at his house and job. Also the judge looked through a cookie food book.)
Eighth day (Gaige's roommate covers for him and denies what Gaige said. Indian car dealer came back and tried to evade questions by pretending not to understand them, only for a video to show him speaking perfect English. Kyle then takes the stand and it ultimately turns out to not be disastrous. Cries on the stand while retelling his story. Binger gets slapped by the judge for attempting to impugn Kyle for not taking the stand until now, a violation of the fifth amendment. Binger then fucks up some more trying to make Kyle out to be a liar, like using violent video games and Kyle's Instagram username and description. Judge gets absolutely pissed off at Binger, has the jury moved out, and outright yells at him for the constitution violation and inadmissible evidence. Binger then stupidly tries to argue the judge, making him more furious, and comes very close to declaring a mistrial with prejudice. Afterwards, Binger tries to attack Kyle at every possible angle regarding the night of the shooting and, according to people in the courtroom, made himself look even worse to the jury.)
Ninth day (The video expert witness took the stand. Binger instantly objected and the judge mostly slapped him down, although the defense was required to change filenames. It was boring overall and the general consensus was that the witness was underutilized. Got some rumblings of the photo enlargement issue. BG on the scene came in and was vastly amusing for the same reason he will be ineffective. He was far too combative. Judge exploded at Binger, with the first outburst with the jury still in, over Binger implying he was slimy for hiring an attorney. Binger also attempts to get this witness to mistrial by attempting to get him to mention Rosenbaum was a pedo by reading one of his tweets. The guy does not fall for it and asks Binger to read it to him, which he declines. Binger then admitted a political leaning in it through asking the witness his bias, a violation of his bar requirements, leading to the judge slapping that question down and accusing him of making it a political trial with the jury in the room. The prosecution then brings in an "expert" who is hilariously bad at being an expert to try and bring in the enlarged and enhanced (read: doctored) photo he claims shows Kyle pointing his gun at that one guy who fired in the air. He succeeds despite looking like an exceptional individual and neither the edited or original image look like anything in particular and the defense even got him to admit that he never compared the images together. They never testify as to what it depicts. This was likely to try to slide in the accusation on final arguments. Nothing more happened after that except motion practice on the dismissals and getting the jury instructions together.)

Yes, I mostly copied @Puff's summary, how can you tell?

that case is very murky and gray. while it is likely that armed robbery was stealing, the video of their intercept is bad for them. it looks like they chased him down and executed him.
It also has some legally grey ground about whether they were -allowed- to citizen arrest him. I am inclined to think they will get fucked at trial.

Hypenated Americans being offended on behalf of their actual Asian brethren despite no one caring. Also known as another day ending in y.

Fuck off gweilo, race traitors like you deserve the rope first.

And it'll be terrible for both sides, just in case any boogaloo romantics think otherwise.

Nobody wins when the rule of law and civil society goes into a vicious cycle of breakdown.

After today, I'm going to hedge my bets on a guilty verdict simply because I'm a doomer and Wisconsin is pozzed. That last picture, manufactured or not, is probably going to be enough to sway enough of the jury and the rest will cave to pressure. The defence had good rebuttals but their witnesses got them no favors. The first one did a good job recreating the video evidence but didn't show the entire footage to really solidify how sudden the entire thing was while the reporter dude was extremely confrontative and kind of a douche that came off as an activist.

I'd be pleasantly surprised for an acquittal, but I think the best chance is still a mistrial.
