I've always found your posts insightful, but as far as doomerism on this site goes, I'm a firm adherent of the belief that things are always darkest before dawn.

KidKitty, meanwhile, was always better about it, arguing that the most autistic parts of this subforum are the Doomers, Coomers, and Doomers who are, logically, also Coomers.

What's darker than more riots? If this is 24th dimensional chess Kyle walks (then is assasinated). That would be peak chaos. Riots from both sides at the same time.

Total civil war, but I don't think that was Jaimas' point. More saying that things get worse before they get better but doomers tend to only see the first half of that and latch onto it.

This all depends on what prosecution tries to do with it. They have a shitty image with no commentary currently. Nobody testified to what was in the image. The final hail-mary/throw attempt is likely to be the prosecution testifying to facts not in evidence that this is Kyle aiming at Zimerwhatever. If they don't it would be exceptional for the defense to bring it up.
Edit: if prosecution brings it up, it's a mistrial if objected. Full stop.

1. The defense doesn't believe in being ~RUDE~ and objecting
2. Binger can just testify himself while questining, as he's been allowed to this entire trial.

remember, jurors also through Casey Anthony wasn't guilty, so in spite of the state shooting themselves in the foot bicep multiple times it really shouldn't be that assuring, i'm just hoping this will result in a mistrial with prejudice and that some of these demonic cocksuckers get disbarred, anything else would be a grave abortion of justice.

They objected hard to the image and object to important shit. It's generally considered bad form to object on closing statements, but this is a big deal. It's worked out for them so far.
The judge got PISSED last time Binger snapped back with "you didn't stop it last time" on a previously unobjected issue
The judge has objected from the bench a lot
