Notice the admission. It's accepting that the emotion is legitimate. This is the continuing path of the cognitive dissonance. Much mirroring the stages of grief, we have reached Bargaining.this guy was a writer for The Office + plus is the creator of Brooklyn 99 and The Good Place btw

This seems to be the role I exist for on the Farms. I tend towards pragmatism, but the doomerism on the farms tends to be... very disconnected from reality. In the end just pointing out the situation as it is, and not just the blackest version spinnable of it, seems to be a whitepill to people.
What's darker than more riots? If this is 24th dimensional chess Kyle walks (then is assasinated). That would be peak chaos. Riots from both sides at the same time.I've always found your posts insightful, but as far as doomerism on this site goes, I'm a firm adherent of the belief that things are always darkest before dawn.
KidKitty, meanwhile, was always better about it, arguing that the most autistic parts of this subforum are the Doomers, Coomers, and Doomers who are, logically, also Coomers.
Total civil war, but I don't think that was Jaimas' point. More saying that things get worse before they get better but doomers tend to only see the first half of that and latch onto it.What's darker than more riots? No doubt the Hand of God made this case straight out of To Kill a Mockingbird. Why the Prosecution claim Kyle was pointing his rifle is B.S.
Today, the prosecution introduced photographic evidence that they say suggests Kyle may have been pointing his rifle but I will challenge these claims.
Here is the photo that was introduced into evidence, unedited:

The same image with Kyle grip of the rifle IF the prosecution claims are true.
View attachment 2709257
Analysis: The prosecution suggest that Kyle was pointing his gun by placing his LEFT HAND on the grip and his RIGHT hand as support.
Note the right handed grip of the rifle:

Note the right handed grip of the rifle and note how the sling is positioned:

Note how the sling attaches to the gun and the position of the gun on his body.

SUMMARY: The prosecution alleges that the photos show Kyle is pointing his gun in a left handed grip. That is the LEFT HAND on the grip and the RIGHT HAND as support. However, looking that the photos provided, Kyle is CLEARLY right handed. MOST IMPORTANTLY, is the sling and how it holds the rifle to the body. The gun is slung below Kyles right pectoral. This allows for the rifle to come to position easily for right handed persons but it would be extremely difficult if not impossible to work against the sling and get the rifle into a left handed shooting position in the time depicted.
It's late, I'm more stressed than I should be over a trial of a kid I don't know and there's whiskey. My reading comprehension isn't on point right now.Total civil war, but I don't think that was Jaimas' point. More saying that things get worse before they get better but doomers tend to only see the first half of that and latch onto it.
And a black jury would find Arbery innocent of theft, DUI, and rape if he was clearly guilty of it on camera giving his social security number -what of it anymore.![]()
Narrative being prepped
Honestly, the NEEDS to get to the defense. But I do not know how. The law firms email box is probably jammed. No doubt the Hand of God made this case straight out of To Kill a Mockingbird.
They are already following Posobiec, they have seen it.Honestly, the NEEDS to get to the defense. But I do not know how. The law firms email box is probably jammed.
We need an in to make sure they highlight bit during closing.

This all depends on what prosecution tries to do with it. They have a shitty image with no commentary currently. Nobody testified to what was in the image. The final hail-mary/throw attempt is likely to be the prosecution testifying to facts not in evidence that this is Kyle aiming at Zimerwhatever. If they don't it would be exceptional for the defense to bring it up.Honestly, the NEEDS to get to the defense. But I do not know how. The law firms email box is probably jammed.

Look, we've got ourselves our own person that didn't watched shit. Go on Twitter, you're a better fit there. And they would have kicked my ass if I had crossed state lines with an AR 15 to play vigilante

Edit: if prosecution brings it up, it's a mistrial if objected. Full stop.
That dude was a fucking asshole, even if Floyd had a history himself. Nothing like the Rittenhouse case. Two words: Derek Chauvin.
I'm still convinced if we enter this timeline, John Black will be in attendance and will kill any potential assassin with whatever he has in his pocketWhat's darker than more riots? They objected hard to the image and object to important shit. It's generally considered bad form to object on closing statements, but this is a big deal. It's worked out for them so far. You'd think, but apparently
1. The defense doesn't believe in being ~RUDE~ and objecting
2. Binger can just testify himself while questining, as he's been allowed to this entire trial.
