Just got my latest shipment of Hopium in thanks to you man. I really want the best to come out of this.

Me too dude. I'm WAY to empathic to be watching this. When Kyle had that PTSD break on the stand, I started bawling just imagining what that poor kid was, and still is going through.

But hey, at least the memes spawning from Binger and Kraus's amazing incompetence are great.

I'm right with you. I know how stupid it sounds, but I'm gonna be devastated if he is found guilty. I'm just hoping the jury felt the same way I did listening to that testimony.

I like how he reduced his understanding of Kyle to wanting to be like Batman.
Why can’t the left use analogies of people that actually exist? It’s always a superhero or like fucking Harry Potter. Seems pretty obvious that they live in a fantasy world when they think that comparing gun control to “wand control” is the same thing.

In other news, the prosecution is likely going to try to get the jury to consider lesser charges against Kyle.
Not uncommon, Lesser Included Offenses are meant to be things the jury can consider if the burden of proof doesn't quite meet the highest charge. The problem for all of them is that self-defense is a defense.

Addendum: Adding to post to avoid doubleposting.

I am definitely looking forward to closing arguments. If there is one thing that I think everyone here can agree on, even the doomers and trolls, is that Binger -cannot- read the damn room. The dude has no sense at all that everyone is wishing violent death upon him.

Putting him up and not Kraus for the closing arguments would be the worst thing they could possibly do, and I really hope that is what they do.

Is fat man any better though? He got blown the fuck out by the autistic photographer.

the way to protect Judge schroeder's character from leftists is to tell the leftists they didn't see the trial. its obvious most, if not all, of them weren't. you dont have to point to any evidence relating the shooting. we know they aren't talking about binger's 5th amendment violation, so tell them that.

but the rule with telling leftists anythings is remembering you're stating something to them. you're not discussing or debating.

"its obvious you didnt watch the trial. you dont know about the district attorney's 5th amendment violation. so you didn't watch the trial start to finish"

dont argue back with "kyle has his rights". go full on npc.exe and repeat variations of the same 2-3 sentences. flood the comments.

Alternatively, don't. Schroeder doesn't need defense. He's 75 years old, has lived a long full life, and has long since hit the age that his consideration of what others think of him is dead, buried, exhumed, and buried again.

Kylebros are getting too cocky, calling it now: guilty on all counts, Wisconsin repeals its historic death penalty abolition act and retroactively apply it to Kyle. Beheaded by guillotine.
The Wisconsin Legislature is a majority republican as is the State Supreme Court. I would bet if a republican becomes governor next year that they will pardon any gun charge rittenhouse got.

No, stop. This is the same routine we had when Trump was in office. There will be no pardon.
LOL remember when Trump tricked thousands of his most devoted supporters into a rally that resulted in them all being arrested for felonies and being added to watchlists for the rest of their lives? How the most iconic people in that rally are now literally bankrupted and divorced, penniless and facing a decade in jail?

Remember how he had one week left in office and the only political power he actually wielded at that point was with the pardon and instead of taking the bullet for his most diehard patriotic followers by pardoning them and accepting the consequences of starting a riot he just let them all hang for him?

hahahahaha lmao and this nigger wants to run again, these people will still vote for him, and they still have faith in their BASED REPUBLICAN ™️ politicians still.

The biggest clue is when they say "state lines".
yeah, theres a couple points. "automatic rifle" "pedobaum shot in the back" "he's not from kenosha" "hes a militia, proudboy"

ultimately, we want to let fence sitters to know that the most vocal opponents havent watched the thing they're complaining about and get them to see it for themselves.

no one asked them to charge the capitol building. my peoples were there and they arent sitting in jail or anything. all because they heard alex jones screaming "dont go inside its a false flag! its a set up" and thought the dork with the animal hat was an informant.

I'm concerned the jury went in with their minds already made up, due to mainstream media's white-supremist racist nazi mass-shooter reports getting hammered into the population's minds. That kind of bias is very difficult to nullify in the average american's mind.

I think this had a hand in what fucked Chauvin.

Completely agree. Everyone in the thread is acting like they know the jury, but they don't.
If the jury is made up of the same people who take twitter seriously, then he's beyond fucked. If history has shown anything, it's that juries, as a general rule, are full of people who are generally useless when it comes to judicial matters.

There is a British TV show called "The Trial: A Murder in the Family", where they do a mock trial with actors/actresses playing the witnesses/defendant, and use a real judge and lawyers, and litigate on this made up case as if it was real. Then they get a jury of peers and put them through it. Because the case is made up, this allows the cameras to go behind the scenes into the jury room and see how they interact and consider things, as well as interview them. In my opinion, it unintentionally does not paint a particularly positive picture of jurors. They swing back and forth on this case (which, to be fair, is constructed to be one with compelling arguments and evidence on both sides, unlike this shambolic case here). The number of times where jurors project their life experience onto the witnesses/defendant in place of the evidence was noticeably high.

I would recommend it as a watch, even if it is in a different jurisdiction, just to get an idea of how fickle jurors can be, and how easily swayed they can be.

Twitter is not the best to go by, but for the sake of the argument. Twitter heads have already admitted that just now after an entire year they have discovered that the "people" Kyle shot were not black.

If anyone on the jury was like that, they're now aware the media lied and might be hostile to them because of it.

Edit: Fixing up my shit.

Question for legal experts and armchair attorneys here.
There's this principle that ignorance of the law is not an excuse. "Ignorantia juris non excusat" I believe.
It seemed really important for Binger to make Kyle say that using deadly force to protect someone else's property is not allowed or some such shit. Kyle admitted it, from what I remember.

Now, as far as I'm aware, it's actually legal in Wisconsin to use deadly force to protect your own property at the very least, something to that effect. Pajeets essentially hired, even if without written contract, Kyle Crew to protect their property. They entrusted defense of that property to them. Would then that law extend to Kyle Crew as if they were protecting their own property?

What I'm asking is... if that's true, and even if Kyle didn't know it, him saying that deadly force isn't allowed to protect property wouldn't matter for the same principle - ignorance of the law shouldn't rob one of the protection it gives.
I'm not sure exactly what this slimeball Binger is gunning for here, because arguing that Kyle shot these motherfuckers to protect Car Source or whatever would be fucking stupid and wouldn't fly, as it was self-defense.

Binger was fishing for a gotcha moment there. He might be an asshole but he is fairly clever and devious, always working on backup strategies. He's just not used to be challenged like this, before everything probably went his way since no one had the power to push against his bullshit. Gotta remember that DA has all the resources of the state at his disposal, and defendant only has whatever they can afford.
Needless to say, I fucking hate prosecutors now.

Too French. If he's going to die, he needs to die in a way that's more appropriate to Wisconsin.

Drowned in beer or fondue'd to death in a vat of boiling cheese.

Which is weird because it's a main fucking plotpoint that 'wand control' was inherently racist and lead to protagonist mcglasses getting railroaded into a corrupt trial by a cucked & malicious government...

These people don't even read their own book they worship over.
