Both of the prosecutors have a noticeable long winded talking style. One where they try and insert buzzwords and either don't actually address the arguement or dance around it. Then play the "I answered that" game.

It's a classic debate/law technique and the judge is seeing right through it.

Bull fucking shit he had no way to carry out that threat. First of all, that's what trying to steal Kyle's gun was doing. Secondly UNARMED doesn't mean NOT DANGEROUS. You can absolutely punch someone and kill them in a single blow, you can smash their head on the pavement, you can strangle them. Hell, you can knock them to the ground, and if they fall the wrong way it can kill them on the spot, or even a few hours later if they get brain damage.
