I think a lot of doomers need to realize that conviction requires unanimous approval of the jury.

If just one person isn't a window-licking tard who guzzled the prosecution's shit arguments uncritically, no conviction.

There is no way this doesn't end in acquittal or mistrial via hung jury. I'd wager money on it.
I said earlier in the thread, but they do not need 12 shit libs on the jury. They only need 1 shit lib and 11 braindead normies.

It should be illegal to doompost when the people in the courtroom are having way too much fun spinning this box on camera.

You know somewhere some tard on Twitter is seething and making this about race for no fucking reason. :story:

Also it's good that there is no negrating on these forums anymore, it only meant people got into autistic sticker fights, but ffs we need a doomposter sticker and the ability to automatically ignore posts with too many doomstickers.

People whose expertise of the law and courtroom proceedings is entirely based on watching Better Call Saul are running their mouths about things the defense should or shouldn't have done and talking the umpteenth time about how Kyle is now crow-chow. The defense is doing a good job, they know what they are doing, they have a clear strategy in mind. The prosecution has done nothing to provide any credible evidence... and here's the fucking thing: Unlike Binger who clearly can't read a room, I would not be surprised if Richards and Agent 47 are well aware of how the jury reacted and they once more taking a calculated risk. Everything they do is taking calculated risks. If you think there's a surefire thing they should or could do to just magically resolve the case, you've watched too much Hollywood dreck, full stop.

People bitched about Kyle speaking in front of the jury, now that we just recently learned that he's suffering PTSD, I wonder if they knew he'd crack the moment he comes to the point where he has to talk about how he shot Rosenbonzai and used that to show that he is no hardened killer. They clearly trained him well to stick to his story, to make precise deliberate answers and to avoid certain bad phrases and to use certain good phrases ("I shot until he was no longer a threat"). So they took a calculated risk of showing how Kyle suffers and to make him not just a case to decide about to the jury, but an actual person whose fate lies in the juror's hands. And I think it worked... I at least hope so.

We don't know how this case will go, but doomposting is just fucking silly. Worse still, it's fucking tiresome and annoying.

What are the odds at least one of the jurors know that Rosenbaum was a convicted anal rapist of preteen boys and went out into Kenosha that night on a quest to violently conquer some teenage bussy?
Likely fairly high. I seriously doubt most jurors don't do their own research into the case despite jury instructions.

Shower thought: The pedo's girlfriend said he had meds for bipolar and that might seem like a W for the defense to give credence to him acting so erratically... but with a majority white female jury it'll only make them more simpatetic because half of them probably are diagnosed with bipolar, or BPD and are under the same meds she mentioned
Retarded take. Women tend to be more empathetic to younger defendants, like Kyle. Especially when a pedophile and a woman beater were the aggressors. They have a maternal instinct, and Kyle looks and sounds especially young.

Just look at the Menendez Brothers trial. They argued imperfect self defence against a pedophile, both jury's were split entirely along gender lines. Women all voted voluntary or involuntary manslaughter, men all voted first or second degree murder.

The fuck happened?

The defense allowed Binger to slimily and without factual basis add 'provocation' to the jury instructions so now Binger can spend three hours arguing that because she went to the wrong bar wearing that skirt she gets what she deserves, and give any hard core jury member an excuse to vote guilty.

Yeah, the jury being completely naive to a case as high-profile as this is a great ideal but functionally impossible in reality.
Which cuts both ways.
Because there just as likely could be a soyjack who thinks Kyle is guilty based on what CNN told him to think as there could be a suburban/rural mom who knows Kyle greased a violent chomo.
