Inactive Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka - Deadbeat (emphasis on "Dead") founder of Something Awful, forced out of his own community, on his second divorce, stuck his dick in crazy, "Birth Giver"

No that is lazy.

Instead of suicide, go live in Thailand and bang hookers with fat retired British blokes who go to retire there. Nobody can touch your money, and you can live very well on a $1/4 million nest egg (let alone the speculated $600-$900k he got from Jeffrey). And the authorities won’t bother you unless you happen to kill a bunch of ladybois. Then he could stream his burning vidya streams back home and his ex wives would be freezing their asses off in Alberta and Missouri while he buys off Thai doctors for pills.

Even if Richard was technologically stillborne at 2005 level of technological progress, he could had called in a few remaining favors and wrapped up a few hundred thousand dollars in crypto and buy a plane ticket to Bangkok then start bribing some officials. Then just fall off the face of the earth while drowning in pills, footjobs, and high calorie sweets. Sounds pretty damn comfy, it sure beats an extra 30 years in the forever box.

Dicktard took the lazy way out. He didn’t even want to have any more fun.

I just realized his mom has to go identify his body at the morgue. Ouch. I wonder if the goof troop will FOIA request the police report photos,
In the chat logs which crazy Alice keeps posting on LT's timeline, he says that his only options are dying or fleeing to a country which won't enforce the child support orders.

He mentions owing the government money and I wonder whether that would have prevented him from being allowed to leave the country.

I don't think this was sudden. I think he flirted with an "accidental" overdose often and very publicly. This was his plan B and a particularly cruel one.

That is because child support laws are dumb and spiteful to begin with. They made sense in an era where women didn't work. Now they just an easy out for worthless women. Granted, from what people are saying that may be poetic justice here. I don't fucking know. I do know that acting like waymens are innocent victims in these situations makes you a fucking exceptional individual
Women always worked, all throughout history. The reason why alimony exists is so you don't have absolute faggots who just throw their wives and children out into the cold. What I would dispute is the bias towards the women always taking the children, they should go with the better provider in my opinion. But from the sounds of it, Lowtax didn't really give a crap about his kids.

The concept of alimony is abolished in many countries though. I find it very odd that it's still a thing in places like America.

They always worked, but it wasn't always marketable work.

through the 50/60s, yes, you often needed alimony - different from child support - because women often lacked any marketable skills or education because they were maids & baby factories from highschool, and there was a transition needed. Today however its a backwards practice that shouldn't be more than a year or two, at most; if one partner is wealthy a small allimony period to let the poorer party wind down their lifestyle and find gainful enmployment isn't unreasonable.

Anyway this a moot point. Lowtax's case is far removed from any need to reform the divorce court system in America. Arguably this is the system working as intended as ny sane person will realize that Lowtax lived like a fucking goon, kept his wife a practical prisoner, kept her from getting residency (a trivial task as she was Canadian, he literally just needed to submit a form), locked up her documents, spent her money, and had her stop her education to raise their kid.
He sold his business so he wouldn't have any income to report. He likely sold his house. He cheated on her in a way that is almost unbelievable. After divorce, he then spent an average of twenty thousands dollars a month - $600 every single day - just so he'd be judgement proof and wouldn't have any assets. He purposely made sure his kids would have nothing to inherit other than shame at being his offspring.
He tried to weasel out of obligations, the judge saw through it, and sack-tapped him approprately.

In Europe everyone is always paying allimony via their taxes.

Shotgun is listed as the most painless way to an hero, and it leaves a mess for others to clean up.
It is definitely not. You blow your eardrums out and get to lie there on the floor for a minute thinking about what you did. Plus I've seen way too many patients in the emergency department fuck it up.

You want to jump from a really high building that will let you reach terminal velocity so your shit turns to jelly when you hit ground (or a car).

Too much of a chance to fuck it up with firearms and just be a vegetable.

Exit bag. Or do a flip; Tie a proper noose and look up the height/weight tables for a proper drop length.

Or at least go out like a legend:
Get your razor-sharp Hanzo Steel blade and put in across and open window a few stories above a busy sidewalk.
Put your arms around blade and have the sharp end facing your neck.
Super glue the palms of your hands to your temples.
Now jump out the window. The blade will decapitate you, but your head will remain glued to your hands. It'll look like you ripped off your head.

America requires parents to pay for childcare. There is no public childcare option until the kid is like six years old.

So even if you have a full time job as a single parent, you are losing the majority of it to daycare. Daycare is absurdly expensive in the US.

Yes. America is different in many ways.

Alimony is, usually, not the same as child support though. Child support is far more universal. Lowtax ended up paying neither this time around. Vindicated.

As he was the owner of a shithole messaging forum that not only had the audacity to put a goddamn paywall on their membership registry page, but also fostered that buttfuck-retarded "Semper Games" trollgroup that got so out of hand that it made CBoyardee outright quit animaton and the internet aside from being remembered for creating the "Serbia Strong/Remove Kebab" meme in a few scant interviews from a few years ago?

GOOD FUCKING RIDDANCE, YOU LITERAL COCKSUCKER.

Pile on them "mad at interwebz" reactions, folks, just be glad you didn't know how bad shit got on a personal level with said mentally unstable group who unironically thought footage of some jackass with a Game Genie cartridge making a "world record jump" in Super Mario Bros. on the NES quantified as a "world record," I gave my two cents, so Lowtax can genuinely eat shit in the afterlife for all I care.

So what did he do that was so bad that many are celebrating his death?

SA is celebrating his death because it's a cult of deeply unhappy mentally ill people who have a really weird pathological absentee daddy relationship with Lowtax, but they disguise it as righteous anger over vague domestic abuse rumors.

KF is 'celebrating' his death because giving somebody you made fun of for 800 pages a teary-eyed eulogy 5 seconds after they die would make you a dishonest faggot, and most people here seem to realize that.

Women worked all throughout history but surprise surprise their traditonal work bears a striking resemblance to stay at home mom housework.
