The problem is the human brain CRAVES a simple solution. They don't want a mountain of evidence to pour over to prove a point. They want that one, magic, silver bullet solution that can explain everything with one motion. And people will see those idiot lawyers fighting over this blurry ass photo and subconsciously attribute more worth/importance to it by merit of how strongly they're fighting over it. Which will cause them to be like, "Oh shit, maybe this DOES show what the prosecution says it shows" despite every other bit of video evidence, testimony, and anything else showing the complete opposite.

And I posit the exact opposite if we're only appealing to intellectual laziness here. The jury is gonna look at that one single photo and think "What the fuck", and depending on the closure arguments and rebuttals? Taking into account the shit on cross, the MILES of difference in how both sides were handled and behaved in their cases? I'd have more good faith in simply not wanting to bother with this garbage and voting for the genuinely charismatic young man who held up in cross over the pedophile and the two fork-tongued jews circling shit around and talking about nothing.

The ONLY point where that falls apart? Is if the Jury has been intimidated or infected. That's an entirely different problem entirely, out of control, and one that hell NEEDS to be raised and screamed over as loudly as possible from ANYONE who values the right to self defense.

He had something like 20 misconduct complaints and at least 6 was excessive force
Wow a singular complaint in a year? Figuring he didn't pull any OT he had 260 days of work in a year and maybe 10 encounters a day so 2600 incidents per year ranging from traffic tickets to tackling people running from a crime. Scale that up to 20 years and you have a general guess of 52,000 events handled by Chauvin during his time working as a cop and only 20 people ever felt the need to complain. If anything having only 1 complaint for a year is low. Reminder that a complaint doesn't have to be truthful, just that someone put paperwork in on him.

Just wanted to add to the video, I think I fucked up the rendering in Vegas or whatever but that's fine. I just wanted to show that Kyle's facing away from his assailant when the camera pans over and is in retreat. Not sure what happened beforehand, but just based on this clip there's nothing to suggest Kyle is provoking anything, he's trying to get out of the situation entirely.

Completely unimportant detail, but does it look like Kelly Zeminski has a mask covering her face now as well? Or am I seeing things?

Of course, it wouldn't be twitter without putting sexual undertones on a situation involving a minor

I'm pretty certain that is Satire.

Look the chauvin trial in my opinion was a foregone conclusion. Dude was a cop with a history of excessive force. Not to mention in that case the guy was putting his knee on Floyd’s neck, whether he died from it or not doesn’t matter. the average person just thinks”I sure as hell wouldn’t want his knee on my neck either”. In this case though it’s an issue of self defense of an 18 year old kid, so it gets rid of the bias(sometimes rightfully) against cops and also he was actually endangered by the people he shot.

An amalgamation of the meatsack NPC's thinking they're free thinking entities are moving around behind the scenes pushing propaganda.

There is a theory that women are stupid, and they'll convict guilty cause of "muh emotions"
There's another well-supported theory that women are more vulnerable to social/peer pressure, and they'll vote to convict to avoid social censure.

This is probably exceptional behavior but I'm seriously considering ending a friendship due to someone believing Kyle faked his panic attack. While it would be the last straw that breaks a camels back in this situation, to have such little empathy to another human being who has PTSD from a situation that would be traumatic at the very least doesn't seem like someone anyone should have around in their life.

Exceptional I'm sure, but that level of either brainwashing, ideological possession, or just plain lack of empathy towards another human being present in someone feels like a good enough of a red flag to stop being close with someone. When people tell you who they are, believe them.

I would like to rate you both "agree" and "mad on the internet".
If you aren't mad about this, I don't know if you're human.

This makes me want to punch a hole in my wall. What is the point of anything anymore? Maybe I should just stop thinking and act like a fucking baboon from here on out.

I do not have high hopes nor am I worried because it’s ultimately out of my hands. Freaking out or getting excited about current events won’t make a difference. Our emotional state won’t tip the balance one way or the other, just affect our decision making skills. If the jurors are all far left they would convict anyways regardless of evidence.

Prepare for the worst, hope for the best, and don’t fret.

The website he advertises in his bio, last archived 52 minutes before me.

I don't think he's faking it. He has 74k tweets and I couldn't find one that was even close to satirical. He spends a lot of his time making lengthy medical diagnosis based on still images of people. All of the replies to his tweets are worded pretty seriously too. If he's joking, his control of sarcasm and playing a character is otherworldly.

Nothing wrong with being livid. Shouldn't make you fed post and chimp though.
