Anyway, I'm pretty sure Kyle will walk. He's a sympathetic defendant, the people he shot were obviously scumbags, and the prosecution doesn't have a real case.
Hold up here. Something is being forgotten here. The character of Rosenbaum, Huber, and Grosskreuz were not able to be introduced into this. It's not "Kyle shot a serial pedophile" to the jury, it's "Kyle shot a manlet" to the jury. Same with Huber and Grosskreuz. Just because we all know how utterly garbage they were, the jury will not.

Also, let's not forget that the jury is not sequestered.

I'm already black-pilled enough from this case even being brought against Kyle, so I've resisted being too invested emotionally in the case as best as I can. Chances are even if Kyle walks here the DoJ or someone else will step in because the entire point of this even being a case is that you're not allowed to resist the regime. I would suggest no one get to invested in one outcome or the other. This could end with Kyle being exonerated and disappearing into the masses to live a quiet life or it could be a full railroad because lest we forget, the fucking FBI withheld evidence for this.

I go on social media for two seconds, and I am bombarded by 'grown adults' claiming that the most realistic courtroom breakdown I've ever seen is fake. Why? Because the teenager who went through it is hwite and disagrees with their politics. Politics they only believe in because it is the most convenient ideology to have atm. How long till you move on to the next political fad, cunts?

Just remember that when these faggots are telling you to 'go outside', they're perpetually online acting like schoolyard bullies.

I want all of these tryhards to be lined up against a wall. Better yet, publicly hung. The only way these worthless, spineless, useless bags of dogshit are ever going to learn anything is through FEAR. We need to make like Pinochet and start setting fucking examples.
HANG THEM ALL

I can't describe how much I'm seeing red from just a couple minutes on social media. That kid was hyperventilating, clutching himself in visible agony, looking around in desperation for someone to help him, and you have celebrities calling it crocodile tears. Fuck it, let's just kill 40% of the world if they're just going to act like a bunch of fucking apes having a popularity contest. They're trying to destroy someone's life before it even began, because he crossed state lines to protect mom & pop stores during a riot. Read that again you carnies, RIOT. Keep ignoring objective fact while everything our founding fathers fought for burns to the fucking ground. Keep telling people who give a shit that they 'aren't patriots', while you exceptional niggers replace the country's flag at school with a fag flag (saw that with my own two eyes during my senior year). Oh, 'it's not hurting anyone' right? Let me check those gas prices again faggots. Let me check the over 100k bad votes that have been discovered, despite you fucks doing everything in your power to prevent investigations while claiming to be 'true patriots'.

Also, they're actually willing to defend a registered sex offender because he agrees with them. Tell me more about 'making a change'. Tell me more about 'ending hate'. Tell me more about 'raising awareness'. The only thing your 'activism' has resulted in is a fucking quasi race war, and people with genuine mental illnesses suffering in silence because they don't want to be roped into the same group as a bunch of attention seeking e-whores.

CROSSING STATE LINES TO PROTECT INNOCENT BUSINESSES DURING A RIOT =/= DOMESTIC TERRORISM

This is why I'm homeschooling any kids I have. Adults are no different from schoolchildren, they just supposedly have more self control. I will not force my kids to spend 12+ years locked in a room with these fucking animals.

I'm under the hope that there is one male juror who stays firm and not guilty, especially if they have no wiggle room with lesser charges. With lesser charges being allowed I fully expect them to get him on something trivial just to have a win.

It was disappointing to see the judge bend so much today, I can't think he wasn't influenced either hearing it at home or letting outside talk interfere with him. He was also a former prosecutor so maybe some weird loyalty even as raging faggot and fatso soyfaced all the time.
There is no male juror, it's all women.

I think it's just them popping out of the woodwork. A lot of them are the type that just enjoy violence and chaos for its own sake. I certainly doubt they're seeking absolution, most of them don't think they've done anything wrong. Also, they're usually the type to not have a job or any prior commitments that would take up their time.

This is exactly the kind of professional troublemaker who show up at riots/protests. If the protest wasn't intended to be violent, they'll do their best to start violence. It's always been like this.

For a lot of people, politics is just a good excuse for the kind of sociopathic behavior they wanted to do anyway. Some of them get elected. Others try to beat children to death with skateboards. Unfortunately a lot of politics now is just ritualized malice against The Others - y'know, those people - which probably doesn't help anybody. Except the sociopaths.

Idk if there's more angry sociopaths now than there used to be, but there might be. 37 million Americans are on antidepressants. That doesn't make them potential killers or bad people or anything, but it's not a great endorsement of the mental health of the general population. If there's more anxiety and depression in general, seems reasonable to assume there's more alienation and antisocial tendencies too.

Twitter is a perfect example of this, and also part of the problem. It's a petri dish of outrage, full of people with stunted empathy whose internet addiction and compulsive, performative anger seems to be devouring their souls. Hell made manifest by algorithms designed to show you ads for cat food. All those blue checkmarks raging at a 17 year old - who they don't even know - defending himself against grown men have something wrong with them. They're making themselves worse every day, and they don't even know it.

It's not the defense's job to assume the jury will know what the prosecution is saying is horseshit. It's the defense's job to put an expert on the stand to tell the jury that the prosecutors are full of shit. Ammunition, while it shouldn't be, is a huge deal in cases involving guns. The prosecution uses it as a means to convey intent to the layperson, and it always works in their favor because no matter what type of ammunition you use, there's an argument that the defendant chose it with intent. FMJ? You don't care about overpenetration (even though that isn't a factor with this particular rifle and the ammo he was using). Hollow points? You wanted to ensure that the victim could not survive. Steel core? You intended to shoot someone wearing body armor (police). Frangible? You're attempting to obstruct the forensic ballistics investigations.

Either way it's not relevant because Kyle didn't choose the ammo, buy the ammo, or even load the ammo into the rifle. His claims that the magazine was loaded and a round was chambered at the time he had gained possession of the rifle went undisputed, but the prosecution was able to bring up bullet bullshit in front of the jury without the defense doing anything in their power to refute the claims. Common sense or not, that's tainting the jury. The only reason you don't get an expert witness is because you can't afford it, and that was not a problem with this defense. They even said they weren't going to call a use of force expert to testify because "they wouldn't need it."

No jury trial is a slam dunk no matter what the facts are. If you're sitting in a courtroom as a defendant, there's always a chance that you will be found guilty and given maximum punishment regardless of the facts. The attorneys need to do everything within their budgets to benefit their client, and paying people with a ton of accreditations to make that argument for you is expected.
Are you saying Kyle's lawyers did a bad job of defending him? Because if you are that's exceptional. None of us here are lawyers, much less trial lawyers, and no one here is a criminal defense lawyer experienced in Wisconsin. This isn't TV or a law school mock court, it's a trial in criminal court against the State, and all its resources, as the prosecuting authority. I think they did a great job under the circumstances, given it' a political case that otherwise wouldn't have been prosecuted or resulted in a fine and/or probation at worst.

Good lawyers cost money, like $500/hr, and he had two experienced and reputable criminal defense attorneys. They spent a lot of billable hours on Kyle's case. Who do you think is paying for them, and those experts? It isn't Ms. Rittenhouse, the single parent. You have to take all of that into account and I think they gave Kyle a fighting chance, which is the best he could have gotten.

Tbh Kyle's unironically saying a bullet is a bullet really does shot (not again Kyle, christ) it down because you're trying to imply intent on type of bullet is a stretch and anyone with two brain cells would see through binger BS "argument", as a matter of fact,

Binger may have hurt himself (again) when he testified that hollow-points burst inside their target, Idk about you but I get the feeling even people who don't know about guns would think that kind of ammunition would be worst if you wanted to kill somebody.
To be fair, he was trying to get to reckless endagerment there. If Rittenhouse had ONLY wanted to defend himself he would not have used an ammo type that would have gone through the target and into the crowd.

This is a very stupid argument. Because it implies FMJ ammo is inherently more reckless, which is a HUGE ball of wax considering it is the standard bullet, the cheapest kind, and as consequence is what most gun owners use as a matter of course. This argument strays into Second Amendment territory because it implies you cannot use standard ammo for self defense.

If only you knew the demon I was going to kill.
You need to read this.

No one will ever regard you with sympathy if you kill yourself. You will not be remembered. You will be forgotten about before they finish burrying you. Find some meaning in your life for yourself. Find a hobby, go outside, read a book. Do something until you find something to do. Because killing yourself is a bitch move you won't be able to take back.

It seems Ziminski is an FBI asset. Despite being a possible key witness along with his whore, who was there with Kyle and Rosenbong, they somehow avoided the courtroom.
Of course one of them was an assest.

The FBI is always right in the middle of these types of things. They are usually the cause of it as well. Without fail. Every. Single. Time.

Call me a doomposter and laugh at me all you want, but this alone really diminishes the chances of an acquittal. This doesn't mean conviction, I'm thinking hung jury is the biggest possibility, The jury isn't sequestered and they'll have this weighing on their minds all weekend.

I can easily see some of the jury being swayed by the "if he was at home playing video games he wouldn't be in this situation, so he brought it on himself" argument, and wanting to convict him if it means keeping the peace (in their mind). These people risk being targeted for possible retaliation and character assassination and it takes balls that most people don't have to risk that for someone you don't know.

I always explain to people that Wisconsin is basically like skyrim in that there are bars in the middle of nowhere, with no houses around, that somehow are never empty. Seriously no matter where you are it's never more than like 5 miles from a bar, and usually less.
And they're the places with the best fish fry usually. Full of old folks and weirdos but wholesome weirdos not city weirdos

Six million jews died during World War 2,
Bless your heart, posting white pills to hold back the tide of doom posting

Remember, it's a jury of your peers.

In case everyone forgot, your peers are everyone who managed to survive to the age of 18, and everyone who was smart enough to get out of Jury Duty managed to get out of the pool. It will usually be a coin flip, and while you should always make the best arguments possible and press the best arguments possible, it will all be useless if your fate is decided by 12 people who spent their entire childhood sniffing glue.

Jury selection and Jury instructions are the key parts of the trial, unless one party fails fantastically at trial.

His line of questioning was a damned if you do, damned if you don't, he's going with reckless endangerment rather than flat out murder in regards with the type of bullets because that the only card he's got, if he'd somehow managed to get Kyle to slip and say yea should have gotten hollowpoint, this sleaze bag would have been pushing for full-blown murder under the pretense that Kyle thinking he should have gotten a bullet that burst inside a human being that would do even more bodily harm.
