I'm morbidly intrigued by the prospect of the milk bath photos. Mainly because I want to know what container they had to dredge up to fit both Sammie and the exceptional amount of curdled milk necessary to cover her lady bits. My guess is one of those inflatable swimming pools that people put up in their backyards during the summer.

All I hope is if she really did this, and took photos she used something like chocolate milk or strawberry milk instead.

Untreated diabetes can affect a baby too. Probably why she has miscarriages. I agree if they breed that poor kids fucked if it makes it to term.

They won’t let her go full term with diabetes, it can deteriorate the placenta. Her poor kid will prob be born with blood sugar issues too.

Okay not to get too personal and sperg but I developed gestational diabetes with my youngest and as much as my sugar was controlled, she still grew larger than normal. Around 32-36 weeks ideally you should be seeing a neonatologist (high risk ob). They will monitor via ultrasound and recommend amniocentesis so they can deliver early as possible. The amnio tells them if the baby's lungs are mature enough to be delivered.
My child was born at 36 weeks and still weighed over 7 pounds and my diabetes was under control!
I can't imagine Kim bothering to see specialists and keep her glucose down so yeah her baby is at high risk already. She's already had a child with medical issues.
And then look where they are taking it home to. It's sad.

I had gestational diabetes with both mine, both delivered at 39 weeks, both 7 lb range and was completely diet controlled. No amnio test needed. I think it depends on the doctor/state how they do things. Here if you have gestational diabetes you are high risk and monitored extra after diagnosis. They told me diabetes can affect the babies heart so that's also checked in ultrasound. Gestational diabetes can affect anyone, so I'm not too worried about vague power leveling lol.
