The real consequence to him would be that he has the felony hanging around his neck for all to see, which will likely kill or speed up the death of his already dying channel.

He has no hope of finding work off the internet either, this man has chronicled his whole adult life online. Anyone who would even think of employing him could easily find a whole load about this guy and think better of it.

Though I may be jumping the gun slightly. In all likelihood he'll be dead in a few years and will be able to live off the very meager earning / savings he has now.
