I think I have realized why I hate Binger and company. While it's probably easy to dismiss, the district attorneys office commitment is to justice and the truth.

I know I sound like a boomer believing that but it's one of the foundations of American jurisprudence. When the state takes a person into custody, they are violating that persons basic human rights. When that person in state custody is a true danger, the violation of that individuals right to liberty is justified.

With this case, it's becoming more evident that the goal is not the truth or justice. I cannot pin down if it's politics, hubris, or preserving their precious conviction rate but Binger actions are unconscionable.

In the last days of the trial, with defeat looming he pulls questionable evidence out of his ass. Very little time for the defense to mount a proper response. Just dumping shit into the defenses lap and hoping to bamboozle the jury for a win.

He's telling the truth, he's not on the jury. The instgram image is dated November 1, which was the jury selection day. And at the end of the facebook screenshot, there is the question "did you get selected?" and the conversation cuts off. This implies that it was also posted on November 1. even though the timestamps are in hours

I'm sure he got flooded with messages from random people who he doesn't know so he closed his accounts. Guessing this dude probably pissed someone off, which would explain the shoddy redaction. The person posted it there knowing that it would be recovered.
I got a feeling that Cody and the /pol/lack aren't friends anymore.

There was a picture posted a few pages back with Kyle leaning over as he, Hard R, and Shroeder were looking at the blob evidence. An accused mass killer was within arms reach of a man who's presiding over a trial that could put him away for life. And Shroeder didn't look concerned, there was not a single guard in sight. If they were in casual clothes it could be a kid, his dad, and his grandad watching a football game.

No one believes Kyle is a murderous psychopath, not even the prosecution.

I'm honestly amazed that people can't do basic research, and we have a bunch of idiots thinking he had no business in Kenosha, he shot two black people, and he shot 60 rounds. Even resident shitlibs can't even do this basic search, and instead spew whatever the TV man said.

For the last ~5 years people have been told that journalists are heroes, to trust them and other experts, that anything to the contrary is the work of Russia, alot of time has passed for that conditioning to take hold.

If a typical leftist tried to do research away from the TV, they would end up on something like NYT or The Atlantic, reading more about the 60 rounds fired at black men, or they'd read it from Wikipedia, citing the MSM.

Or he's a shitty shot and needed to be point blank to hit Kyle.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he have a bunch of other people between him and Kyle or near Kyle for much of the time he was running up to Kyle? Meaning that he couldn't simply shoot Kyle from afar without risking hitting his fellow "protesters"?

Are you really surprised when they've been spouting off "trust the experts!" for the past 4-5 years?
Honestly, I shouldn't be, yet life continues to amaze me. Maybe I have much more optimism than I thought.

True, and I suppose my wording of "basic research" falls flat, because you can easily find stuff that confirms your bias, and simply spout it as fact, no matter how outlandish it is. I suppose by basic research, I mean looking at the evidence and the context, but even then it's a game of, "Is it a 9 or a 6?"

Prosecutors earn their stripes by beating up public defenders in the ghetto over petty nonsense. They are not good people.

I was not selected as a juror for the Rittenhouse trial. I was one of 150 candidates, and was dismissed from jury selection. Never even sat in the jury box. Never stated I was a juror, and also ignored questions asking if I had been selected.

The phone calls and messages haven't been too bad. The item that frightens me is the FB message screenshot in which it appears as though I'm telling a friend that I was on the jury, and was actually juror #7 (removed for making a joke).

I am not a juror. Never have been. Even wrote a description of day one's events in a reddit post, in which I specifically detail my dismissal.

I'm sorry if all of this got everybody fired up, I never had any intention of implying that I had been chosen, and don't think I had actually said or done anything that would give that impression.

I humbly ask that my personal information be removed from this thread, because like most of you, I'll be streaming the closing arguments while at work tomorrow, and certainly won't be deliberating a verdict with the actual jury.

Seeing people mock Kyle's PTSD makes me legitimately assmad.
Generally the same kind of people who would claim to have PTSD from mean tweets. If anyone deserves to burn in hell along with Rosenbong it's them.
Leave Kyle alone! 1636951643191m.jpg

Just remember that most of these people are terminally online soyboys and cat ladies.

Their lives are lonely and meaningless and terrible and they're already well into their death spiral towards irrelevance and oblivion.

Fuck, if it's not a local LARPing and he's not removed, and he makes in the actual Jury, best we can hope for is a hung jury.
All it takes is 1 juror to not be able to make his mind up, and think Kyle is innocent. I'm going to sound like a total faggot when I say this. But I have been emotionally invested in this case since it happened. First my opinion was, why the fuck is he there? The officials of Kenosha don't give af about the violence, so why should you. And now from watching the trial I feel totally different. Kyle had more gull and dignity than the fucking police and governing officials of that fucking city. And now the evidence so mind numbingly obvious, that it was self defense. Like the Prosecution's whole case is based on a fucking blurry ass photo, that every single one of us, can actually edit the photo and see he wasn't pointing the gun at anybody. I hate to be a pussy, but man if the kid actually get's convicted like I will really be upset about it. It's so fucked that everybody is against kyle, except for the people with brains. And it's the people who are retarded who you have to worry about. I just hope it all works out for him, and he can get a lesser charge, maybe serve a couple years max, or even better be let go with no jail time.
