Similar reason to Yuya (who iirc is going to law school). It's a shame, Bora is a good vtuber and in some ways the biggest star of NijiKR. I guess Korean studies are tough.

I'm not going to pretend to be the biggest NijiKR fan (because I only ever really watch Hada and maybe Roha or Ray if I'm in dead hours and they start streaming). But despite being an Apex Gremlin she seemed pretty great especially in the collabs she did with Towa. It really sucks that NijiKR is taking some massive hits this year just as they're slowly inclining.

Yeah, I think that if you exclude the outliers... so, Yuya and Bora... NijiKR is in a better spot right now than in the past (certainly than a year ago, when they were still recovering from the fallout from the Moarin drama). It is definitely a big hit though to lose those two stars.

This one hurts, but I think the reason makes it easier to accept.

It's still brutal, though. The South Korean education system must be a fucking Gauntlet given Sukoya Kana can take a year off and still feel she can come back. But I maintain this is probably the best way to treat V-Tubing overall.

I have to respectfully disagree there. Calli is the only one who puts time and work into the TTRPG. Writing multiple stories, branching paths and characters for them all. It's an insane amount of work.

The other girls roll up completely unprepared and fumble around for 2-3 hours and then forget it exists until the next time. I get that these girls are busy, but too busy to give up a few hours ocassionally? Would they really throw such a big wrench into everyone's plans and all of Calli's work so far over something like that?

I dunno, seems unlikely. There's no brain racking going on, just a casual observation of the situation.

Agreed. If Calli can be penning lyrics, writing music, mixing, collaborating, streaming, doing dance lessons, AND have time to pen multiple stories in a TTRPG campaign, then there is very little in the way of time constraints any of the others can use as an excuse.

Maybe Ina, given her fluctuating artist workload as we approach the Christmas/NYE banners for Gacha games, but if it's Watson and/or Gura dropping out then lol.
