Today is the 5 hour sermon from Binger and the defence? Not really worth listening live to be honest. It's going to be 2.5 hours of Binger pounding the table because he has neither the facts or the law on his side, followed by less than 2.5 hours of the defence hopefully being competent and outlining all the key factors in Kyle's favour.
The most that could happen here is that Binger's argument will be retarded, or that he once again mentions something that he shouldn't in closing like Kyle's post arrest silence or something like that, and gets told off again.

Considering that conviction rates are so high, I think she just likes hedging her bets on every high-profile case. If she's right, she gets to gloat. If she's wrong, she'll sperg out for a while and no one will remember by the time the next high-profile case rolls by.
Either way, she draws eyeballs to the network.

Agree. I don't plan to subject myself to Bunghole's opening (opening closing, if you will) it will have me tearing my hair out if not punching my laptop screen. Might be fun to watch him tie himself into knots with his rebuttal, though.
