Oh my god, that ALONE might be a huge turnaround for this case. Now any Anti-Kyle people don't have the "He illegally had the gun" argument to cling to the entire time.

Not that it matters, gun charge dismissed which was the thing I thought Kyle could definitely be convicted for if they acquitted him for self defense.
Neither. Prosecution overcharged intentionally and didn't bother to read the statutory requirement. They just didn't care that it was meant only for SBR's or SBS's.

The prosecution wanted to argue it because they're fucking slimy to see if they could get a guilty verdict.
