The picture the prosecution is painting is a horrible dsytopia where people are allowed to riot, loot, and murder based upon their politics. One where you will be railroaded for "failing to call the cops" and/or being against something politically. Simply having a gun on your person is enough to strip you of your rights and people can openly threaten/attack you just for seeing the gun.

It's a literal direct attack on both the first and second amendment. I've held off on calling this a kangaroo court, but we're there now.

Really I think this is a home run if he does two things. 1, demonstrably prove Binger is intentionally lying which is easy. 2, make it about the jurors. What if it was you being attacked? Would you want to run the risk of being imprisoned for defending your life?
