He's speaking more to the Kenosha community, let them know that convicting Kyle means riots will have free reign on burning their houses down and this time there will be no Kyle to defend them, the message is not just to the jury is to the entirety of Kenosha, even if the Jury is filled to the brim with SJW all voting guilty the rest of Kenosha will know
