My understanding is to show the clear discrepancy between her being "angry and damaged by the Kiwi Farms" for hosting info and images about her here, yet she has a tangible presence here with her offering plenty of details about herself and also how she thinks the courts and judge don't know what they're doing and how she defiantly won't pay fees even if charged for them.
