I'm not sure if Barb is capable of selling Chris's toys. It's not about what Chris did. It's about her hoarding. As for getting the toys back, he might be able to get them if he ends up in a group home. Certain long term psychiatric facilities let patients have possessions. Of course in jail and prison Chris doesn't get anything.
I shudder to think of all the dried semen that those toys are probably encrusted with.

I wonder if Chris still believes he will eventually get his rat's nest of toys and plastic back. Maybe Barb assured him in their correspondence that the toys were fine. I wouldn’t even be one iota surprised if that was the first question/concern he expressed to her when he got the chance.
It's estimated the collection is valued at $6844 (estimated with lowest sales price of identical items sold on Ebay), that would pay off a large chunk of their debt.

  1. Chris doesn't like Muslims or Islam after reading the Koran, comparing it as "Koran being Family Guy and the Bible being The Simpsons". He does make some valid points

Chris is really a master of unintentionally hilarious takes, adding on to the hilarity of that muzzie guy trying to convert him, getting doxxed and exposed for it only for him to end up getting the exact opposite reaction from Chris lol!

But this is indeed interesting, maybe having Fanta and Ramen at his disposal did really help in softening the blow from the otherwise hellish experience being in jail would be for Chris, he wasn't really at risk of getting shived or even raped (in jail at least, prison is another story) but if spending a single night on a cell with fucking nothing to do must be boring for a regular person, I can't imagine how awful it must be for a manbaby to spend months of his life locked up with no legos, no video games and no YouTube!

Considering how many people enabled Chris, buying shit that would normally never sell unless it was related to Chris, I wouldn't put it past these enablers to actually value used toys more for being in shit condition as a mark of authenticity from Chris himself!

I think he sounds so content in all these letters because getting away from all that shit is actually good for his mental state. Chris's pursuit of short term happiness leads to long term unhappiness. In jail, many of his worst impulses like being online 24/7 are restrained. He's reading books, which is infinitely better for your mental state than reading social media. He gets three government-approved meals a day that he can supplement with garbage, as opposed to his diet on the outside which was 100% garbage. He has regular, structured interaction with other humans, something he hasn't had since high school besides apparently raping his mom every third day. His living spaces are clean, at least by Chandler standards, something he probably he probably hasn't experienced since he and his father lived separate from his mother in high school.

I can totally understand how Chris could be happy in jail. The life he's made for himself on the outside is so fucked up and sad. A more regimented existence isn't going to fix Chris (what could?) but maybe like dogs and children, autistic mommytouchers crave structure deep down.

Reminds of that Social Credit episode in the Black Mirror. Being incarcerated is more liberating than the free world.
Here's the video
I know Chris mentioned, Only I can tell the story of Sonichu and Rosechu of the C-197. Anyone else do it is considered non-canon and took place alternate universe.
Even though I wanted to see him make prison comics, I doubt that'll happen because he's limited on papers.

Is anyone gonna be at the trial? Not sure how COVID restrictions in Virginia are right now but hopefully it won’t be too difficult for someone to give us coverage, however minor.

Will Chris even be physically there? Or is it just Heilberg entering the plea?

What's a realistic timescale for the continuance?.
From what Chris said, he had all his "treatments" and exams already, then after that, he was booted out of the medical wing and is just waiting. There will probably not be a continuance this time, but instead, Chris will find out any additional charges.

when they have chris grease on them, im not sure if that devalues them all or increases the value.

what are your bets for additional charges.
Incest is guranteed, but rape could get tacked onto there.

The last time, not counting a hotel room, was probably when he burned the house and they got a loaner house from the insurance while 14BC was being repaired. The repaired rooms were probably briefly cleanish as well since they had to be emptied for the repairs to happen, recarpeted, etc.

There isn't going to be a trial. A trial will only happen if Chris completely disregards all advice from his attorney and demands one.

When Chris enters his guilty plea at the hearing (assuming there's no continuance, which is still very much a possibility), if it is misdemeanor incest only then in many/most states he technically can plea in absentia for a misdemeanor, but in plea deals for serious crimes you are often expected to show up as part of the deal even if it's only to a misdemeanor. I don't know the specifics in Virginia and what the cutoff is in terms of severity where you can do that there. If your guilty plea is for a felony, however, pretty much everywhere requires that you be present.

I think Chris will plead guilty when the time comes. His letters seem to show that he's comfortable in jail, and is mentally preparing himself for being locked away for a while. He hasn't mentioned getting out in any of his letters - instead he talks about how productive and spiritual the experience has been. He absolutely knows that he's going to prison and is trying to convince himself that the experience will be something of a vacation.
