Anything involving Mary Kowal, Paul Weimer, or the SFWA Vice President they would probably find particularly interesting. That they've sunk at least $100,000 into a single porky sfwa member's legal battle that had no chance of winning or potential for a large sum damages payout is bonkers.

First off, Kowel isn't the President anymore. Jeffe Kennedy is. Still firmly a member of the Kowel/Rambo faction though.

Even a lot of the organization that supports that wing is pissed over blowing that money. A lot of the organization that doesn't smells blood in the water.

Kowel hopes to win back some favor running Worldcon this year. Which as I point out here repeatedly, has the likely potential to blow up on her... its a powder keg with a dozen different groups eager to set it off.

OnA - or other groups - could easily pour gasoline on it if they knew where to aim it.
