Probably nothing happening for a bit
I know it's fun to theorize on the content of the instructions or whether or not they're trying to nail Kyle on anything at all, but they probably had one or two jurors who wanted to read the instructions at their own speed and decided they since they're asking for more copies they might as well get one for everyone.

That's one of my worries. Other posters are right that it would look terrible for the Biden administration, but I think the Biden administration either is clueless about optics, or simply doesn't care. I could very easily see them slapping Rittenhouse with some other bullshit charge to the applause of the blue checkmarks and the shock of everyone else
Why give a shit about optics when the media does it for you

It's interesting because gun state to bring prosecution bullet. Rioters defense don't fire dumpster flee and photograph verdict the state pixels justice.
You are too good at that.
Nice. Only the self defense pages. That would mean that the foreman and many of the jurors are onboard with it and the holdouts are a minority?
I'm hopeful that they don't fuck him over but it could just be people not wanting to do shit the wrong way.

You're assuming he ever gets it back. He's not the legal owner as if yet. If they decide that it's still evidence in the other case with Black I think Kyle will never see his gun.
Black should get off on his charge because the second half of the (3)(c) exception gets him off pretty much the same way it got Kyle off.

That's already the precedent. It's always been legal until recently to kill criminals in the street as long as that crime has been attempted murder on you in that moment
It’s ok when they do it
Whyyyyyyy do we care what this bitch tweets? Why does she keep showing up in here? Is she famous or famous-adjacent in some way that we should care about?
mainly because she a left wing lolcow who doesn’t understand words. Calls people who she hates ”racist“ and is out right unpleasant

Eeeeeh, it's a bit more complicated than that. He bought a gun, said it was for himself, but then immediately lent it away.

I can't see how he will be allowed to walk away without any kind of charge or something. Even if it's a token gesture. Not guilty for murder, guilty for brandishing a weapon or something, 2 years inside.

I know it's a little bit different, but the FBI wanted a stay of execution for Bundy, so that he could help build a psychological profile of serial killers. No judge would allow the stay, as it was too hot and too political and doing so would have ended their career/life.

This is a hot political issue.
