INFO ON LONG DELIBERATIONS:
Typically, the longer a jury takes to decide the verdict, the more likely they are to acquit.
This of course, is not always the case, but DO NOT listen to the people saying if it takes long it's bad for kyle that is not true!

The jury deliberated 11 hours before fidning Casey Anthony not guilty

The jury deliberated 8 days before acquitting John Wiley Price

Jury deliberated 16 days before the Menendez trial ended in a hung jury.
It would be hilarious if deliberations had lasted 30 seconds and they came back not guilty

I may be late but I'm not reading 100 pages of 1 sentence answers.

It was brought to Nick Rekieta's attention today that the company that wrote the software that the crime lab used to digitally enhance the blurry picture of Kyle has a public blog post saying their software is useful for helping with investigations but should never be used as evidence in a court case.

If there is a mistrial and this information is true, the state will likely refuse to retry it. The state's entire argument at this point is that the blurry picture proves provocation, and given a 2nd chance, the defense would be successful in arguing that those pictures can't be entered into evidence.

I would expect them to review things, but honestly there's not that much to go over and with the video, pictures, and testimony they have it's pretty cut and dry. Their actions indicate to me that they're debating, hashing out little details probably.

Excatly, but one side has a history of bowing to their ideological opponents, and it's not the mask wearing Karens.
They've yet to enter the courtroom to view any video.

Guys...quit coping and being in denial.

He's guilty, the jurors were threatened ffs, no shit they are going to say he's guilty.
I’m still being cautious about a outcome
That second picture.....
Was Hitler a hero for being a victim of suicide?
it wouldn’t surprise me if they supported some mass murdering dictator

I guess?

I mean, as far as I can judge on my own experience, videogames do the opposite, they actually help to relief a certain amount of stress and the urge of the violence and. Also compensate for the lack of sexual activity trough teabagging the dead corpses in multiplayer battles.
There's also the fact that it's cartoonish violence. Even the "gore" in stuff like Gears of War isn't anywhere near what real-life violence is like. I figured we were past this stupid shit, it's as ridiculous as getting upset at Elmer Fudd getting his face blown off by a backfire.

Just a note, getting a concealed carry permit in New Jersey is incredibly difficult, especially in North Jersey where this story is set.
This story is pure Shit That Never Happened. Nice of a white guy to tell us what black people think though, we certainly haven't had enough of that shit recently.

I mean I'm saying not guilty. We saw video evidence and it's a lot harder to spin it when the obvious video evidence says otherwise.

Right now the question is the jury going to end up hung or wait days before a verdict
