Oh fuck, the holdout is that one spic and he's a poltard and thinks not guilty but wants to be a dick about it, so he's taking his time to inform the rest of the jury of his love of Hitler.
>not loving Hitler
He's Kawaii, my nigga.

Has to be all 12 for an aquittal. If it is not all 12, then it is a mistrial and the state can choose to do this again. Though they will be in a much weaker position.
Kyle's good then, no matter how many tards are there, one will find him not Guilty. Then it is in the Gubmint cunts' court to unfuck and lefties sperg, burn shit, and wake a few more people up. fine by me.

To clarify, if even one Juror says not-Guilty, Kyle walks right? The State don't get to keep fucking with him?
A verdict has to be unanimous, so yes one person can prevent a guilty or not guilty verdict in any case. If the holdout can't be brought around then you have a hung jury.

The prosecution can retry a defendant in the event of a hung jury. However in this case it's possible the judge might grant the defense's motion for mistrial in the event of a hung jury which would mean that Kyle would walk on everything.

So basically, if there's a juror that is adamantly saying Kyle is guilty, they may in effect make it so that that he can walk free anyway.

A little off-topic, but that seal the camera focuses on, is it a city thing or a state thing?

Pretty ballsy to have a slave catcher on it, even if accompanied by a miner.
