There is no such thing as a "rouge" juror, that's just something Barnes made up to describe a juror he doesn't like.

On one hand I'm worried it's taking this long for a cut and dry case, but on the other hand Chauvin was a cut and dry case with a fast jury that produced the factually wrong verdict, so who knows?
Jury could also be autistically reviewing everything.keep in mind there were 3 people shot, so they have to discuss each one. It's fun to meme about then coming back in 10min, but given the nature of this case I don't think anyone in good conscience could do that.

When is the DA election . I want to see that guy crucified for letting this to happen .

If he's Soros-funded like I've heard, he would still have an advantage over his opponents, but Binger would be the star if he ran, and may inherit the same funding.

Also Barnes Law mentioned that Kenoha polled 2/3 leaned against Kyle, and one half of that (1/3 of the total) were true believers that wouldn't change based on new information.

If we assume that 1/3 would vote for a well-funded Binger, who does media tours with Bicept guy, campaigns with resistance/science/experts/heros rhetoric, then even a really strong opponent would have a hard time beating him.

It doesn't even have to be stealthy for that matter. Wasn't half of Chauvin's jury BLM supporters per their social medias? Has the identity of any of Kyle's jurors been found out yet? I just hope we don't have another """pure coincidence""" where the jury comes into the trial believing Kyle's guilty by default because dem vicims dindu nuffin.

No, the term has been around much longer than even Barnes has lived.

Gehenna, a Stealth Juror is a recent concept, and its used by those who profile potential jury pools for trial lawyers. It has not been around forever, as the business of profiling juries has not been around forever. It's something that came about in the last 30 years or so.

There will always be a juror that slips by during selection, a lawyer only gets so many free voir dires (one where he can dismiss a potential juror without stating why). Its essential that you get jurors sympathetic to your client or at least truly impartial ones.

State seal of Wisconsin, it's a sailor and a yeoman.
So that's where the cornucopia from the fruit of the loom logo went.

So if there is an ideologically-motivated "guilty" hold-out and that happens, they can all say "Kyle only walked on a technicality!"
To be honest, this is what I'm expecting, but even a not guilty verdict would result in the twitterites screehing "he wasn't declared innocent!" That was their rallying cry a few years back with some other case that I can't remember the details of, because I gave myself brain damage from facepalming so hard at the sheer rətardation necessary to come up with it.

Watch this interview:

He didn't want to be center of the trial, he said his relationship with Alex Jones would have not benefitted Kyle. He was not part of the court team he planned.
He says that, after spending the previous few months talking about how he's putting together a great team and how he's going to be bringing all these experts together and how he, Barnes, is the one doing it all.

I like Viva, and I appreciate Barnes' views on a lot of matters, but the latter is still a self-aggrandising grifter.
