Another thing I never see brought up is how in some (all?) states, including Arkansas, merely brandishing a firearm constitutes aggravated assault. Boogie opened his front door and pointed the gun at Frank before he first asked him to leave. As for the "a person acting in self-defense" part, I think it refers to something more substantial than being called a fat fag by a guy with a GoPro on his head who you goaded into coming to your house.

honestly I think his MTG content could be his best (although I did like that one francis back and forth before the pc ad he made). He clearly knows stuff about it and could monetize it, but he's prolly to lazy to do anything with it. He could do his whole rambling thing while also pulling cards. Kinda like a Leafy thing, but with a more interesting background vid. I know one MTG youtuber, Rudy (forgot his channel name) who makes some great MTG content. While boogie isn't nearly as talented or funny or resourceful as Rudy, I think he might be able to put out an actual video where he doesn't just give milktoast opinions but shares some knowledge. Not sure if it would get views tho
