Still no word from Schroeder/the jury yet on whether or not they'll continue today.

No, and he shouldn't be able to. This isn't the UK, you have the right under the First Amendment to freely give your opinion on an ongoing trial regarding the guilt or innocence of the defendant. Imagine if OJ Simpson could sue anyone who claimed he was guilty after the trial was over.
You forget he's not on trial for being a Nazi/white supremacist so any who claim he is could potentially be sued

Kyle could sue Biden even if he was guilty on all charges, Biden called him a white supremacist.
Kyle going on a holy legislative crusade against the left would be a sight to behold, but he ain't no lion he's a cub i don't think he'll have the fight left in him to go strike justice on those who dishonestly accused him, at best he will probably just want to disappear from the public eye and try get a normal life started somewhere else

Giving your opinion =/= outright lies.

This, it is protected speech to talk about an ongoing trial. It is not protected speech to definitely state the accused is innocent or guilty.

it is, in fact, in most states what is known as Defamation Per Se.

holy shit, it literally says "fake news website". How far left do you have to go to piss off wikipedia of all places
I take it you're unfamiliar with wiki politics.

The editors and admins are overrun with shitlibs and their 'reliable sources' policy guarantees a liberal bias on any charged topic.

ignore this, i'm a retard
