I came here originally following Russell Greer. Then during the summer of love I needed one non insane place on the internet.
I made an account after watching MATI and ended up settling here. I don't often post on lolcow boards but I lurk there a bit, especially the Gunt. He's my bovine of choice.

You know, I just realized I Bingered the "people die if they are killed" quote.

What is the punishment for Bingering it up around here?
You must wear The Cone of Shame

Chris-chan despite being pretty fucked in the head and the most documented person on earth kinda bores and depresses me. Everything about the motherfucker (figuratively and literally) feels like a edgier and unfunny version of Moral Orel, or that one meme show where it was all the imagination of a kid in a hospital.
It made me sad there were people encouraging his autism, especially after he set his home on fire but his recent behavior, and then the Barb rape, just proved he's completely fucked in the head. I can walk outside and see crazies without a home to burn down literally eating out of the garbage so I get depressed reading about him for any length of time.

A few hours after that they asked for the rest, which concerns the other charges. My guess is they ruled out self defense based on provocation and are discussing the lesser included charges.
Nah, means they've picked self defence but to appease mob they get him on something.

Chris chan jumped the shark when he became a tranny. I find trannies too gross to be entertained by.

That I‘m not sure I’m going to be before cautious about it Like before.
since I’m going to take a day or two off from posting just to detox from this.

If they thought self defense was valid it would automatically negate the lesser included charges, meaning they rejected self defense as an argument and now discussing whether he committed murder or super murder

Or they feel they have to convict on something to teach it him no, not good. But prison is too much for this bullshit, which is what I suspect someone is pointing out but probably there's a sheltered boomer going "B-b-b-but muh c-c-c-consequences!".

From just wanting the 1st 6 pages, it seems that they wanted to see if self-defense applied to Rosenbaum. When they asked for the rest, I think someone(s) wanted to pour over the rest to see if they could convict on anything.
Posobiec might be right and it is two cuck/rogue holdouts who are also desperately trying to convince the rest to convict on something.

Same thing in this case.

He probably does need to be punished for being stupid.

I feel if he gets any kind of bs appeasement conviction now it'll be the reckless endangerment of McGinnis.
Mmmh...my gut tells me that is right. Even if they go with selfdefence, that does not negate the endangerment, but Im not sure about what happened with the Mcinnes fellow.
If not your country is over. Leftist mob rule basically abolished the right to selfdefence and the separation of powers. Bet they will riot anyway.
Hopefully some idiots will learn that appeasement is a bad strategy.

Ignoring Posobiec, this is actually more likely in a general sense.

At this point, if they wanted to nail him on something, they would have. If they wanted to acquit on everything, they could have. The delay means there has to be two camps on either side of it.

I'm leaning towards him being right, and that's what that whole talk was about in the Judge's room with the attorneys. I think the judge is leaning towards dismissal right now. Kyle's attorneys looked awfully happy after they left the room and then started looking a bit down after the Judge ended the deliberations for the day.

Edit:
The judge isn't supposed to know what is going on in the deliberation room. That doesn't mean if something does get outted from there and he finds out about it, he's not going to act on it.
