We don't really have that good of a scope on him. He might be just immature in this space, or it could be something else. I sometimes wonder if it's just an internalization of being told such things are bad and his freak outs are a sign of some kind of poorly understood internal conflict. Notice how he fixates on them whenever it's encountered? It's almost like he's somehow attracted to them.

Autism explains the obsession, but the terminology is a bit odd for PL. It doesn't seem like a connection he made on his own. Almost as if he encountered something else, didn't fully understand it, it used the term "fake" or declared it as "not real" and now he's fixated on that canon.

I think the simplest explanation is the easiest. He "knows" Leaf and how "she acts". When that's misaligned in art he gets cognitive dissonance and tries tocreject it as it implies she isn't real.

Pokemon GO’s road maps are a bit funky (pedestrian walkways can show up in the same manner as roads, some older infrastructure still shows up on the map even when it’s been changed radically, and old PokeStops and Gyms can linger for months/years after the point of interest’s been altered or removed) so using them as “location beacons’ isn’t an exact science.

That said the one identifying feature in that is the dark rectangle in pic (apologies for the shitty editing).

This rectangle is dark in color when compared to the ground AND it’s flat so that rules out buildings (buildings in GO are lighter in color and are slightly raised when zoomed in) and there are no yellow lines around it indicating it’s not part of a road or parking lot.

This means that it’s most likely a body of water, possibly a municipal pool or pond given it‘s size. Outside of that, I’ve got nothing.

I'd say it's a pool, mostly because of the shape. But I can't find any municipal pools or natural bodies of water with that shape in Madisonville and Athens. Do you think he's spoofing again?

Is it edits of Leaf doing adult things which he perceives as being fake because in his mind she is a pure figure who would never do lewd things (which is true because she is 10, and fictional)?

I spoofed over to where the current possible location of PL is and what surprised me was the lack of pokestops near him. He needs to walk a little bit in public to get to a few however it shouldn't be more than a 5-10 minute walk. And MANY of the pokestops are churches.

I'll do a bit more peeking at the locations. If anyone has any other areas they would like me to look, I'm happy to do it. I'm especially interested in where that Rastenberg (??) chair is located and couldn't locate it through any of the pokestops from my initial scan. I'll do another one and upload a few screenshots a bit later on.
